I would not recommend going at this place.I told the person what color i wanted for my nails, he said ok and when he started doing it he took a gray color instead i wanted a dark green.When i came home in the evening the color started peeling from my nails. It’s been only a week i’ve done it you can see the pictures.

Once I went for eyebrows but they did a very bad job. Instead of making a good shape they cut off one part of my eyebrows, when I complained they did not even bothered. I paid $$ for a bad threading. I will not recommend anyone to go there for threading. It took months for my eyebrows to grow back. Waxing

My daughter and I go regularly. Rose is awesome as is Michael. Anyone there can do a great job but be specific with what you want as some people are better with natural nails and other with acrylics. My nails always look great when I leave there and they last. I have natural nails and I use gel. Ask for the color changing polish – lots of fun!

Went to NailXpo as a walk in at 10:30 AM on a Sunday morning. They took me right away without an appointment which was great. However, the male technician who attempted to serve me, didn’t cut the cuticles on my toes during my pedicure. He buffed the bottom of my feet and slapped on some polish. The nails on my hands weren’t filed evenly, my cuticles were minimally cut, and the polish was once again, just slapped on. I also had nail polish on my around my feet and hands that he never cleaned up. They were rude and unapproachable, which is one of the reasons I didn’t complain. They were speaking in their language which makes customers feel uneasy. I don’t believe customer service is a phrase they have heard of before. By accident, I messed up the polish on my thumbs putting my sneakers on, and the man who jacked up my nails was pretty upset and made it known by his demeanor, even though I had apologized several times for my mistake. They are not professional and their work is even below subpar. They will not be receiving another $35.00 from me. Proceed with caution!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went for the first time here for a gel manicure last week and when the lady (i think she was the owner) started to cut my cuticles she made three of my fingers bleed. I have never had my fingers bleed so badly from getting my cuticles cut before and it was painful. I kept telling her to stop cutting so far but wouldnt stop. The bleeding wouldnt stop so she put glue over the cut on one finger. She also just did a terrible job on the nails themselves and made them a weird shape. After i was done the most she did was offer me a $5 discount which is ridiculous.
