I went to this salon and had an appointment scheduled for 1pm. Prior my appointment, a tech called me and asked if I could come early. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to but I did arrive on time. Once I arrived I was greeted and it was acknowledged that I had a scheduled appointment. All techs were busy upon my arrival which is understood. One of the techs completed the previous client she had but she did not begin working on my nails. In fact, she started writing out bills!!! I waited patiently thinking that maybe she needed a short break or just handling their bills quickly before the mail ran for the day. However, a customer walked in and asked for their nails to be soaked off (one of the services I needed as well) and she started working on her nails immediately. I could not believe what I saw! Instead of making a fuss I walked out and will NEVER GO BACK. I even called the shop to make them aware of their lack of customer service and they were still not very apologetic smh I would give a 0 if I could.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWas told they could take me now for pedicure when it was clearly 2 people in front of me. Then after 10 minutes of waiting, I soaked for 32 minutes before anybody even warmed my water BACK up because it was cold. The employees are super nice but their work is horrible!!! I just paid to have a full set of acrylic put on and all of them are lifted up almost like a ski slope!!! He use regular nail polish and the color would be gorgeous if the whole nail would have been covered! It has huge patches missing where you can see through the nail. I’m unhappy and would rate them a 0 if I could!!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went to Nailworld on 7/14, for a manicure and pedicure. The man there said it would be $30 for my nails and $35 for my feet. He also said that I had a nail fungus and that the cream for it would be an extra $15. Once everything was said and done, he charges me $40 for my nails, $35 for my feet, and $15 for the fungus cream. I googled the product later and it was only six or seven dollars on Amazon. When I got home, I looked at the bottle for the fungus cream and it had expired in 2016. Not to mention, I’m still convinced that it’s just bruising from hitting the nail and not a fungus. These people are scammers. What I received, did not equal to what I paid. They will never receive business from me again.

I went to Nail World recently and I went home not very satisfied. There were 3 tech’s there and it was a gentleman that did my nails. He was very nice and polite but the job was clearly rushed. It was terrible. 1st of all I believe I got ripped off because there is a sign on the door that says $20 full set and I was charged $35. I didn’t even notice the sign but was made aware of the special by another salon that I ended up going to to fix the very unprofessional job. That is very deceiving if you ask me. When he was done with my nails I had acrylic all over my fingers. omg !!!. He told me to wash my hands and put lotion on it when I got home and it should be fine. It looked even worse. You could definitely see all the imperfections. It was sloppy. You can tell there was no care put into the job. This was my 1st time there and it is definitely my last. Shout out to Holly’s spa & nails. They are the business

I got a mani & pedi on Saturday & my nail polish started chipping yesterday. All of the techs seemed to be in a rush even though there weren’t any customers waiting to be served. I honestly could’ve painted my nails myself and done a better job!
