Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo I went to go get a pedicure just a basic pedicure which is $20, I get it I wanted gel polish and I also had acrylic overlay on both my big toes. Well my toes were awful, the nail polish spilling on the side of my toes, she (old lady)yelled at me and told me that she was going to fix it and know that she wasn’t gonna file down the acrylic on my big toe. When I asked her to file down my big toenails she yelled and said “NO!” Then rudely started talking in her language. I then told her how much was it and she told me $54 I told her no I will pay you $35 you didn’t do what I asked and it was awfully polished. I did pay her because I felt bad for her. So I went to go get a pedicure just a basic pedicure which is $20, I get it I wanted gel polish and I also had acrylic overlay on both my big toes. Well my toes were awful, the nail polish spilling on the side of my toes, she (old lady)yelled at me and told me that she was going to fix it and know that she wasn’t gonna file down the acrylic on my big toe. Critical: ProfessionalismI went here for years and generally got good service until the last time I was there and asked the lady to use acrylic on my broken nail. She said ok and then didn’t do it – on top of being rude the whole time. When I asked about it, she got mad and told me the nail would eventually grow out. (It was broken half way down). She called the owner over who then told me that to have acrylic done it would cost me a LOT of money. I told her last time they charged me five bucks and this was what I wanted – they wouldn’t do it and said it looked fine. As I was paying, the older lady that did my nails whispered to me that she accidentally didn’t charge me enough (right after running my card) and asked me to pay the $3 difference in cash. I had asked for Tony that day initially, but they told me he was on vacation. I went here for years and generally got good service until the last time I was there and asked the lady to use acrylic on my broken nail.
