Unbelievable how high quality of a job they do on my nails! I have tried out lots of nail salons in Solon and no where else is as good as Nailtique. I got my last gel manicure over 2 weeks ago and my nails still look absolutely perfect. I got the best pedicure from Tracy, and then the best manicure from Tom the next time I went. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know!

Wonderful service! A multi-generation family business, Tracy’s mom treated my hands to a meticulous and gentle manicure and repaired a few uneven nails to perfection. I had been looking for a new nail salon and the minute I walked into Nailtique I liked the clean spa-like atmosphere. The entire space is well appointed and you feel relaxed just being there. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

This happened a couple years ago but I have not forgotten. I was on time for my appointment as a first time customer with Tracy. I still had to wait more than 30 minutes. Another customer of Tracy’s arrived without an appointment and Tracy took her and sent me to an older lady who was nice but irritated because she stated that she don’t do acrylic nails. She did the best she could with her skills but Tracy’s actions spoke volumes. I’ve never returned and have not forgotten what that feels like. I would say it was racism but she was servicing a black lady prior to allowing the white privileged lady to take my appointment with her. I would have tipped.

This Salon has very poor customer service. I think it is very rude to enter into a place of business and everyone sits there as if your invisible. The staff have a older clientele and they’re very rude to new or younger customers. The way they operate this Salon is a perfect example of ageism. They are so behind in style and fashion. They can’t execute a simple stiletto shaped nail, and don’t try to ask for designs or anything other than polish or they’ll look at you as if you’re crazy. They do not try to accommodate the customers. If you’re afraid of dogs like myself, this is also not the place for you. They have random dogs just walking around, very inappropriate , everyone is not a dog lover and a customer shouldn’t feel tense in your “customer friendly environment”. Lastly , there is always a issue with them double charging your card and then looking at you, as if you’re the problem. Tracy was very rude and unprofessional when i politely voiced my concerns of being double charged. I had to take it up with my bank. I’m shocked this place is still in business, they have sandy working there who doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing. I will take a pic of my fill that “she” did. Horrible business, do NOT waste your money here. Owners are rude classless and very nasty.
