I went into nailtique to get my nails done for my sisters wedding. The staff was very friendly, however, I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted done and the finished result was nothing similar, so I went back a day later to ask to get them fixed and they told me they don’t have time (which I understand, being it a busy time of the year for them). But they didn’t offer me my money back or even try to set up another appt. to fix their mistake. With my understanding, when you pay for a service, you should be getting what you asked for (especially if it’s 50$). I will not be returning, especially after no compensation was offered.

Usually you go to nail salons and they speak in another language and it makes you feel like they are talking about you or saying rude things but not here! They got my business forever because of that as well as not burning my gel nails. My previous salon would leave my nails in the gel dryer too long and they would burn them but not Nailtique. Usually you go to nail salons and they speak in another language and it makes you feel like they are talking about you or saying rude things but not here! They got my business forever because of that as well as not burning my gel nails. My previous salon would leave my nails in the gel dryer too long and they would burn them but not Nailtique. Such a phenomenal place! I love that it’s a small local business. It’s taken to the next level by friendly talkative technicians. My nails have never seen more tender care with long lasting effects- nothing is worse than polish chipping shortly after service and that WILL NOT happen. Prices are extremely reasonable making it worth every penny.

I had my first experience here yesterday and was absolutely thrilled to find it even exceeded what I had been told. Howard goes far above and beyond what a business owner is expected to do and provides high quality service at a VERY reasonable price (not cheap, you don’t want cheap.) The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and the quality of the work is exceptional—we are lucky to have this business in our community. The appointments-only policy actually makes it a better experience and well worth calling ahead. You won’t regret coming here.
