We scheduled last minute for some pampering. The environment was great for the both of us. We have been through a lot this year and find it hard to get comfortable and communicate. They made it very easy…the complimentary wine helped as well. Our facials, manis and pedis were amazing. The next day my face was responding to the facial and scared me a bit but it has since been the clearest I can remember for a long time. Thank you ladies for being so inviting and taking such great care of us.

This places was awesome. I got lucky they had a cancellation and got to take me as soon as I walked in. I wish I lived in Key West because this salon would definitely be my go too. Next when I go back to the keys I Will personally wait to get my nails done there then go before. I did gel and it lasted me about 3 weeks.

My tech was sweet, but the french I received is bad. In addition, there was a very tacky obnoxious loud mouth tech who never stopped talking about how fat she is…hardly a ‘spa’ atmosphere. Try some other place.

This review is way overdue as I had gone a while back, but just returned to Key West last week and it reminded me of the terrible experience I had. I thought the place was messy- especially in the back area and the nail tech I had was awful. My nails started chipping the very next day. Pricing was off the chart- 175.00 for a gel pedi/mani. I would not have minded if it would have looked nice but unfortunately, it did not. Very obvious that if you are not a regular they give you the person that does the worst job. Do not waste your money, or time, I was there like 2.5 hours. Way too long.

Poor quality and poor service. A rude woman, who I think is the owner, set a weird vibe in the small space we were in. Condescending statements and tones. Rude woman was not my nail tech. My nail tech was very sweet but my pedicure was sloppy. I hope their customer service improves if they plan on staying in business.
