Absolutely love this place everytime I go! They do the best designs along with the best ombré I’ve ever had. Not to mention that they are so fun and super friendly. I bring my daughter with me because I don’t usually have a sitter and they are so sweet to her and all of the other kids in there. They brought her a capri sun for free. She loved them. Will definitely be going there again and would recommend them to anyone. Especially to mothers who can’t get babysitters and just want to pamper themselves for a little bit.

I took my daughter here this past weekend. She did not ask for gel nails, but they applied gel nails and charged us for them without ever asking our preference. I hate having to worry about having slick stuff like that thrown in on me when going to salons, I’d much rather just be asked..probably would have gotten them but I’d like it to had been my choice. They began doing her nails while she was still in the pedicure chair, due to that my daughter accidentally smeared the paint and brought it to the tech attention. She literally huffed and said “this is going to be so hard to fix” clearly letting her know that she was annoyed…probably shouldn’t do peoples nails in the pedicure chair then. She also got acrylic toenails, and she woke up the next day to find one of them fell off in her sleep. We hated to inconvenience their staff again so we took it else where to get fixed. We spent over $100 there, you’d think we would have left feeling a little more appreciated but unfortunately we truly felt like we should have went somewhere else. The salon is nice, but unfortunately I will not be back due to the experience my daughter had with that nail tech and the practice of assuming people want the more expensive options without asking.

This was my second, and last time coming here. The nail tech herself was kind, however, I did not have a great experience overall. I got a gel mani/pedi. By the time I made it out to my car, I noticed that my nails were not smooth at all. There were bubbles and ridges throughout each of my nails. When I returned, they disregarded me and slapped another top coat on it, which did not fix the problem. By that time, the manager/owner came over and said “I don’t see anything wrong with it, but OK”! She started working on my nails, and ignored me and my questions. By this time, I pointed out her rudeness (which she tried to flip and say that I was the one being rude), only then did she explain how she was gonna fix the problem (which told me that she did notice the issue initially when she said she didn’t). I ultimately got the issue fixed, but I will no longer be giving them my hard earned money!

I went to this spa on June 25, 2022. My usual tech is male that sits in the first seat behind the nail polish wall. Apparently, he was out until 7/17/22 for personal reason. The person that assisted in his place was horribly impatient, rude and dismissive. I walked out and I haven’t returned since. There are very few salons and even fewer manicurists that actually do semi-decent work. It sucks that new(I’ve never seen that man before) people can just walk in and run away regular clientele.

So this salon looks gorgeous but the male that did my nails failed terribly. First I showed a picture of and ombre set I wanted. He said he could do it but my nails looked terrible and they had the nerve to charge $57 for acrylic powder set. My nails were very thick and not shaped properly. They were so thick and he never did any basic steps on my cuticles, so after like 3 days it looked like I needed a fill. The pictures are want I asked for vs what I got.

I’ve been searching for a place to get just a regular ole mani and pedi bc my nails do not like the dip and shellac. Today I tried this place. Well it seems that if you dont upgrade your package no matter where you go you will receive mediocre service or less. The color is a beautiful purple but it seems the job was average at best for the price I paid. I definately feel could have gotten better. I also got a pedi and my heel was not shaved but only gone over with the pumice bar still hard as a rock. If a regular ole mani and pedi is what you are looking for then you may want to try somewhere else. I am disappointed as I have heard lots of good things about this place. The place was very nice and clean though.
