I like them however they are a bit over priced but it’s the area I suppose. I gave a 4 because they are inconsistent. I’ve been there 4 times now. Some times it’s nice other days it’s just ok. Depends on the staff. The staff are very professional and welcoming so I like that.

Busy and you have to have an appointment in the weekend. Also have a good idea of what you want and they can give you prices. Main managers job was really good solid painting, the worker separately on another kid was less good, too many bubbles and the paint already off.

I have been going to this place for 2 plus yrs and love Jessica. before that i had Annie, Harry and many others doing my nails. Have always recommend them to my friends as THE go to place. Usually I spend approx $50-90 per visit which is every 3 weeks. I typically pay tip in cash – an amount that comes to my mind or i ask them to add to my bill in case I don’t have cash. Yes i am not using a calculator to come up with 18-20% tip but sometimes its even more that 20%.

I’m not sure what is the problem but the polishes do not last long at all. My pedicure lasted less then two weeks the 2nd time and 2 weeks the first time before heavy chipping. I expect that from a manicure but not a pedicure. I spoke with the owner and explained that I never had that experience before. My pedis have always lasted over a month pushing 2 months in various other nail shops. I’m just surprised. It’s a nice place but I can’t continue to waste money like that. I will be returning to my usual nail shop where I do not have that problem. Satisfaction has to be guaranteed for me. PS. She did offer to fix it but what would be the point when the rest is starting to chip.

RACIST PLACE for black and brown people. They even treat their Latin employees like garbage. Terrible service and they don’t even do real manicures. Who doesn’t let u wash your hands before applying polish. Atleast spray it with alcohol to get rid of the residue. The only nice thing about the place was the location and atmosphere.

I’ve been in WO 4 years bouncing around for a nice, efficient and reasonably priced nail salon. I think I’ve found it. My gel polished nails actually lasted 2 plus weeks. Going back today since this is week 3 exactly but I only have a small chip on one nail (right hand of course) and normal nail growth. Will keep you posted.
