The manicurist do a decent job. I’ve had my nails done three times with three different people and they’ve all done a good job. It’s not perfect but better than other places. My nails have grown since I’ve started getting my nails done here. Color stays on nails dont break anymore. They are nice people and efficient. Price for manicure is decent too. They have a lot of pretty colors. Combos are pricey and not worth it. I will definitely continue to get my nails done here but will not get any of the combos. Color on nails is OPI 4. Hope this helps.

A woman with short hair did my manicure today. She cut my cuticle and I was bleeding. Instead of cleaning it and proceeding, she simply painted around the blood and did not apologize or acknowledge it. I showed the woman at the desk and she did not do anything either.

I’ve done my french gel manicure, one day before I went on my vacation to Europe. After one week the gel got dirty and ugly, even though I didn’t clean or wash the dishes etc. While on my vacation I found a nail salon and took the gel off. When I came back to LA I went to Nailspa Excel and explain the problem to the manager/front desk assistant. I asked her nicely if I could get a refund or a gift voucher for a regular pedicure instead, as I don’t trust in their gel polish products. She was very unprofessional (ignoring me while talking with other staff members in their own language) At the end of our conversation she said, she can’t do anything about it accept fixing the gel (which was already gone btw). She also said that I should come back straight away to fix the problem (not two weeks after) Honestly, I don’t know how many times I said that I was in Europe…

Been going to Nailspa Excel for over 20 years. Just want to comment that the gals speak in Vietnamese to determine who will work on your manicure and another for pedicure. I never have to wait. Always excellent work – switched to deep powder from gel and am glad I did – still gel for pedicure. So, those who think is unprofessional is entirely wrong. Most professional group ever. It’s pretty much the same personnel all these years! Love them all and know them all. Just pretend are in their world and enjoy the process! Love Love Love this place. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Also see Sue for eyebrows and eyelashes. She’s an esthetician extradoinaire! Had her own shop and gave it up to work here! Joann is good as Ann for facials.

I got my nails done on Friday 8/9/19.On weds 8/14/19 3 of the nails fell off . There’s no damage to my nails. You can tell there little glue there to hold the acrylic to my actual nail. I paid $50!!! $50!!!!! And it hasn’t even been a week since I got them done. Freaking ridiculous man.

If I could post zero stars I would… i got dips done which took 2 hours and some chemical reaction happened in which the top coat started bubbling up and burning my nail bed. Felt like it was on fire. Things happen in life and and if the Owner/Manager had apologized and given me a discount or didn’t charge me, I wouldn’t be writing this post. They didn’t apologize or discount the service. “Your nails look nice now” is what she said. My thumb nail is still on fire now…the are also very rough on nails and 2 week before given me a service I didn’t ask for and charged me too. Ugh over lack of caring about customers
