Mids FX is more like it. Super disappointed in my service today. Assured a time and then they are 45 minutes late. 20 mins to even get seated and then waited another 25 minutes for someone to start. And then they painted my nails like a kindergardener. Didn’t use a brush to clean up, used a cuticle trimmer and left polish all over me. Super mid, wont be coming back and will make sure noone I know ever does.

The staff was very nice and they were able to get me in for a last minute appointment however the tools used for the pedi didn’t look like they were taken out of a sterile pouch, which felt unhygienic and worrisome. The polish looked very sub par like an at home paint job. Pedicure

Worst pedi in bonney lake. Don’t bother asking them to ACTUALLY clean up your nail plates before they trim your cuticles. They won’t. Tell them to push harder, they ignore you. Barely touching you at all. Always in a rush, it’s not like I have gross feet! Always nice! Callous remover dropped onto the floor, then used. Same pumice stone on multiple clients. Overpriced for what they give you. Not sure they actually sterilize their tools, either.

I came in with my mother yesterday on Mother’s Day to get manicures and pedicures. A chunk of my big toe was cut. The women doing my nails couldn’t get it to stop bleeding. During my manicure she got under the table 3 times to clean my toe of all the blood. SHE NEVER ONCE SAID SORRY for cutting me. On top of a bloody crusty toe the job was done sloppy. Had it not been Mother’s Day I absolutely would have complained but I didn’t want to ruin the day for my mom. BEWARE HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE!!!! Do look at my past reviews I hardly if ever leave a negative review about a business. This review is 100% deserved.

35 for a fill seems kind of pricey. Snooty about my existing nails, like she was talking down on the competitor, but mkay.. Nobody informed the color I chose was gel (didn’t mention on their color card or anything) but I’d have been fine with the unusually high price if there weren’t mistakes on every other finger and they’d at least checked on shaping before going at it with the file. Or after a few fingers, or… at all…. The shaping wasn’t the round I had, more pointed and narrow now and there are spots where the set cuts in from my natural nails, they didn’t when I went in, tried to show in the pics on sides of fingers. Paint job shabby and rushed, not even the whole nailbed is painted on some. Did great on brow wax though, may go back just for that. Also no wait but I’d have rather waited for better quality than look at these for a week till I rip them off and get a new full set at my regular place.

2nd time i have been here in 5 years, mainly since I don’t live in the area & the lady who did my nails did them PERFECTLY! I usually always have one nail that doesn’t look right or its crooked, but I don’t have that issue at ALL! phenomenal!
