I did not enjoy my pedicure here at all. I arrived and there was an overwhelming amount of people for a Thursday afternoon at 1pm. The service is extremely slow. I got a pedicure and a manicure and I did not leave until 6pm. Also, I never sat at a pedicure chair. They had me sit in a regular chair and put my feet in a portable pedicure tub. I paid $120… for a gel pedicure with buffing and a gel manicure. I was thoroughly disappointed. My husband likes to come to this place and doesn’t mind the long wait. For me, it’s an absolute no. I will NEVER go here again.

The fact that I’ve been waiting 4 hours so a simple fill in is ridiculous! Nicky kept trying to get me to soak off and do another set but I was on a time crunch! He filed my nails down very thin after I denied the new set and when I asked for them to be a bit thicker, he told me he wasn’t doing them. The owner Mike then tells me “I can not force him to do it if he doesn’t want to do it.”

I have been an on again off again customer since 1999/2000. I really love it here. What I love is the quality of service. Yesterday I visited after not going for a few years. I arrived at 9:27am; they open at 9:30 am. There was already a 3 page sign in list. I finally get inside. You have to PREPAY for your pedicure and IT’S CASH ONLY. Where in America is something that has been established and around forever cash only? They do have a “convenient” ATM in the back that charged $1.50. After waiting, about ~11:00 am my pedicure began. That finished around ~12:00 pm. The pedicure was amazing. I don’t remember the girl that did it but her attention to detail and her techniques were everything. I chose to have Vinny do my nails and there was five people in front of me. While waiting I asked to soak off my prior SNS service. The soak off was nice! The aluminum bowl was placed in a ceramic bowl. The ceramic bowl had boiling water and the aluminum bowl contained the acetone. So it was warm. At 3:00 pm it was FINALLY my turn. Waiting for Vinny was well worth it. My nails are PERFECT! And I didn’t have to coach him through how to properly perform his job. I got a full acrylic set with gel polish. I was finished by 4:30pm. The cost to have services here is competitive. And the service is superior to other places I’ve been. BUT THE TIME IS SAT THERE is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS! I’m going to plan my next trip and see if I can lessen the time spent but if I can’t I might not be able to go back. I was there a total of 7 hours.

I decided to try something new, but I will not be returning. I got there at 6:00 and did not leave until 8:45. All I got was a pedicure, and they didn’t even fill in the acrylic on my toe. She picked at the skin around my toes for the longest and they have been sore ever since I got my pedicure. On top of that they let my other foot sit in water for about 45 minutes, then asked me to put my feet back in cold water. I have never gotten a pedicure that took more than an hr. I ended up going home and shaping my nails how I like. I give two stars because of the reasonable price.

I’ve only been to this place twice, so take my review with a grain of salt. I got a full set both times. The first time I went, my nails lasted me 3 weeks. I requested the same guy next time but I’m not sure what changed. The nails looked so nice for a day and then they just broke one by one. And I was so careful. They all broke from the cuticle side, and took my nails with them. A week later and I’m only left with 4 of the nails left and the rest of my nails look awful. I paid $65 not

Let me tell you this place is the VERY BEST!! Especially when it comes to pedicures they go to work on your feet. Everyone tech in the building is above good. I would recommend ladies and gentlemen to stop in the nail shop!!!!

This is my go to nail shop! Everyone there is great and can do almost anything you ask. I always have pictures of what I want and it is always executed extremely well. The pedicure is worth every penny as well. They will literally spend 45 minutes on your feet making sure they look perfect.
