Had a botched fill at a different nail salon and I went to K Nails to get them fixed. Lily did an amazing job and because i was so happy even had her do my daughters manicure. Very much satisfied. Was referred by one of their regulars and I see why.

Do not go here. I wanted a gel mani and gel pedi. The nail tech sliced my right big toe with a nail file and then spilt water all over my lap. I decided not to go through with the manicure and when I told the manager whom I’m assuming is the manager she didn’t even acknowledge anything. Just said “sorry you don’t have time for the manicure.” What? I never said anything about time. Didn’t even address the complaints. DONT go here as a walk-in you’ll just waste your money

Nice salon with full Nails services for both hands and feet. And Body waxing. Prices competitive and plenty of parking in lot next door on State Street. Shop follows current CDC protocols. Friendly staff and clean environment.

I came in today for a 5:00pm appointment with Michael at 5:16pm I was told I had to wait an additional 30 minutes because someone who came in at 4:00pm that he was working on that did not have an appointment decides she now want a pedicure. I’m not sure if she’s the owner but she stated her name is Pow and went on to state with extreme rudeness, “there was nothing she could do and I had no other choice but to wait.” I was devastated!!! How do you treat valued customers?? If you want to be valued as a customer and treated with respect DO NOT come here.

Read fully please. You might get stuck ith Andrea and please refuse her. Place is 100% terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. Girl did my nails terrible. First girl to do my nails finished a pedicure and did not bother washing her hands. I repremanded and she had an attitude. Made another girl do it because she was hungry? Like seriously? Not my problem. Dont agree to do it then be like that. Then left me in the chair for 5 minutes waiting while i still needed to get home for work.Then the other girl literally cut my finger and had me bleeding not caring much for my health issuses or sanitation problems and kept going trying to cover it but I’m bleeding. Then did my nails all crooked they look like dollar store nail job. And before that, she took out her phone to play music having me wait for an extra 3 minutes for her to find the right playlist. Then when i come in barely 5 days later, she says i have to pay $10 to fix it or wait for the owner. I shouldn’t have to pay for your terrible job. I’m a cosmetologist, i know proper nails and customer service and theirs was terrible.
