Critical: ProfessionalismThis nail salon has a very unwelcoming vibe to all customers. It’s sad to say/see great quality nail techniques and knowledge go to waste by lack of professionalism/ customer service. In every nail salon experience that I have had, the main goal is to make the costumers feel pampered and beautiful and provide a relaxing atmosphere that takes away from daily stress Etc. I found Kelly on instagram and fell in love! She works hard to make sure every customer is well taken care of! Her clients are loyal because her work speaks for itself!! She has never accidentally nicked me (which is a deal breaker for me) I love her designs and she shapes my nails perfectly every time!
