I need my gel nails redone and so I thought I would give them a try. The young lady was as sweet as could be and she did a decent job, but their prices have gone way up. A nail change used to be $30-$35. They charged me $50. I know there is some inflation but $15-$20 worth…..I don’t think so. That’s the reason for the 4 stars.

WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN! I made an appointment for 1:30pm. I got there about 5 minutes after my scheduled time because I’m new to the area. When I walked in they I apologized for being late. I sat there from 1:35pm to 2:05pm. I told the lady i can’t get my toes done anymore because I need to be somewhere else at 3pm and she said “okay then I can”t do your nails.” I asked how long it would be for my nails and she said another 35 minutes. So I got my toes done instead since they said they have someone to do my pedicure. I sat there for another 15 minutes until someone came to do them. The women at the desk was a b****

I have been going to Nikki And Lee for years. Lee has always done my fingernails. I would probably panic if he wasn’t available anymore. There are a lot of salons in the area and from time to time, because of scheduling, I have had to go other places and I’m never as happy as when he does my nails. And I only seem to get compliments when he does them. I like pedicures from everyone there but I do request Kevin if possible. I’ve read some of the reviews and I’m really shocked. I probably go there once a week and I’ve never seen or witnessed any discrimination. That being said it’s not a place with two receptionist and fancy things. This is a place with really good technicians at a very fair price.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I can’t believe I went there today and was refused service for me & my daughter. We were totally ignored after signing in and waiting. A woman came from the back to ask us if we needed help & once I said eyebrows another employee gestured to her No with her hands and then she walked back I’m the back. After sitting another 10 minutes I realized we would not be helped. This truly showed my daughter discrimination at it’s best. Out of every employee in there besides the woman who asked what we needed, we weren’t greeted or offered another person to serve us. Thoroughly disgusted and will be sharing this with all social media forums.
