Critical: QualityLet me start off by saying this is one of the two nail establishments that i usually visit . That being said this particular experience was horrible ! I went to get a pedicure with the lil bit of me time that I do get away from being a stay at home mom. I called before I came to ask if a certain person was available when I arrived they still sat me down with another person ! I was trying to just enjoy the outing so I let it go ! When I was sat down to get the pedicure I was immediately off put by the amount of flies in the building . I know they can’t control the flies but keeping the door propped all the way open can’t help any . I’m not talking one or two flies .. I’m talking about 50 or more ! I could not relax and enjoy the experience for the fact that all my time was spent swatting flies off of my legs and arms .I left paying 60 dollars for a gel pedicure that wasn’t shaped very well and highly frustrated.. I expect for the experience to be relaxing when paying for a service such as this one . Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe staff is Amazing, their place is very clean, I get pedicures and acrylic nails with white tips and pink. My Nails always look beautiful because of them; I always get compliments, in regards my pedicures I look forward for my massage and complete work.
