my friends and i made an appointment to get acrylics and they where not well done, the nail polish was lumpy and the nails where not filed correctly and it didn’t look good. It was a busy day and my nails where rushed and it was obvious to the person that was doing my nails that it didn’t look good but i was still charged a full 55 dollars and they let me leave the salon with my nails looking like this.

I made an appointment and arrived 10 mins early but manicure was extremely rushed and I could have done a better job if I painted my own nails. The man left polish around my nail and on my cuticles, left skin around my nails. Left old polish to be seen through. Extremely sloppy and I am shocked I was allowed to leave with this quality. Will not be back and would not recommend this place.Quite honestly, this was the worst nail experience I have ever had. The nail tech painted both hands and started on the second coat before telling me the polish was too old. I picked a new color and he did not remove all of the previous color and attempted to paint over it. I had to stay for an additional 45 mins with extremely disappointing results. If I was able to attach a photo I would. I have never had such a unprofessional and poor quality manicure. The nail tech was not even apologetic and offered no compensation. Don’t waste your money here.Extremely dissatisfied by the service. I’m very particular about who does my nails, and I have to say Rose was meticulous. I have acrylic nails with gel polish and that can be difficult to pull off, but she was detailed and filed each nail to perfection. My toes look great too! I did think the extra $3 charge to “cut down” (file down) was a little excessive, but considering she did a perfect job, I overlooked it. Highly recommend!
