Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been getting my services done since day 1 of Nails with a Twist Spa has opened. I can definitely say the owner has always been polite, professional and meets your needs! She has done my nails many times before establishing her own nail shop and not once have I encountered any problems with her work. Her assistant is also very polite and I especially appreciate her accuracy with appointments and reminders that are sent out to customers! As I enter the door I am always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation from the both of them! The shop is always clean, comfortable and never over crowded. I have been getting my services done since day 1 of Nails with a Twist Spa has opened. I can definitely say the owner has always been polite, professional and meets your needs! She has done my nails many times before establishing her own nail shop and not once have I encountered any problems with her work. The owner was very friendly, welcoming, attentive, creative, and also went above and beyond to make sure that I was very satisfied with my experience.
