Today my daughter and I waited for over 30 minutes at a different salon only to be told that the wait would be longer due to customers who had appointments. We left and walked into Nails VIP without appointments. We are so glad we did!! We were greeted with smiles and kind words and they took us immediately after we selected our colors. The pedicures were thorough, relaxing, beautiful, and reasonably priced! We will definitely be back!!

I’ve been there several times but this last time I was there with my spouse we both got pedicures and I picked out my colors for Christmas for my toes and did not want the gel this time and they proceeded to do so an messed up my toes and the guy messes up my toes and was in such a rush and the lady came over asked if everything was OK I said no and she even rushed to fix it and then charged me 55.00 when we only got basic pedicures which is 25.00 so clearly that should have only been 50.00 so I was over charged and I always tip cash never on my card for services in such salon i very disappointed and dis satisfied with how it turned out the toes are still messed up they should have completely re did them but did not so now my Christmas toes look horrible very sad for the money we spent !!!

Clean salon & great prices! I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years now. It gets very busy sometimes so make sure to make an appointment ahead of time to make sure they are able to get you in. Everyone there does an amazing job. Ask for Helen & Jay! They are my favorite. Helen can freestyle designs like no other & always makes sure my nails are perfect! Jay has given me the best pedicures I’ve ever had & he’s so sweet!

-I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. We walked in inquiring about prices and the lady whom spoke to us was rude. Her attitude was disgusting. I have never had such terrible customer service. She was waving her hand telling us she doesn’t have time for this just really rude. Never again. They need to close this place down or replace the staff.

Critical: Quality, ValueSo this is one of the saddest pedicures I have gotten. For someone that has gotten a pedicure monthly for over 10 years. I just wanted to get something convenient to home. They gave me 0 options to what kind of pedicure. 0 massage. I don’t come to get my nails painted. I come for the other fluff. I don’t pay $30 just for nail paint. This is what I do to relax. I don’t get much else with kids and work. The only reason they get two stars vs one is because it was clean and they did do a good job painting. So this is one of the saddest pedicures I have gotten. For someone that has gotten a pedicure monthly for over 10 years. I just wanted to get something convenient to home. Everywhere else I went to told me they needed appointments, I walked into Nails VIP and they were packed but were able to get me in right away. Even though they had a full lobby with all of the stations filled in the middle of me getting my nails done, she didn’t rush at all. She made conversation. She did an amazing job! I also had a pedicure by a different lady and she was so nice as well. I will definitely come back!

I’ve been going to Nails VIP for more than 5 years and their service is always excellent. Helen, the owner and all the staff are very professional. Kaytie has been my manicurist for all these years and she’s amazing. They work with appointments and walk-ins and they always try to accommodate you at your convenience. The salon is very clean and organized. They have amazing massage chairs and TV’s and free Wi-Fi for your entertainment.

There was nothing spectacular about the pedicure, and less than one minute of actual massaging, and the equipment/petty chair was so old that the massage parts were displaced, which caused my lower back to hurt. I do not recommend that anyone sit in one of their chairs
