Many of my coworkers go here and told me how good of a job the nail technicians do, so I had to try it out and let me just say I am super impressed! I showed a picture of what I wanted and they did such a good job. Not to mention I went home and broke my nail ( ) and they fixed it the next day. Will totally be back!!

I got white gel polish that definitely needed another coat and was painted on poorly, going outside of my nail onto my skin. My manicure was also rushed. The guy that did it was on his phone the whole time. At the end before I paid my hands were dry I purely just wanted some lotion and to get out of that place. The guy seemed to find it funny and had me sit down and rubbed some lotion on my hands with a hand massage, I guess. Was honestly really irritated at the end of my services. My pedicure was rushed and cut short. Easily worst pedicure ever. I got white gel polish that definitely needed another coat and was painted on poorly, going outside of my nail onto my skin. My manicure was also rushed. The salon is super clean. The staff is extremely nice and very funny. They do an amazing job whether it’s acrylics or just a polish change. I go there anytime I want to feel pampered. I would definitely recommend going to this nail salon.

Great experience! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, took their time and made the experience really enjoyable. One of the best places I’ve been too in Wilmington cheaper than the places in may faire. My acrylics are perfect (besides the fact that i messed the top layer up driving). Definitely coming back!

I’m not picky when it comes to getting my nails done but this is by far the worst job anyone has ever done. I almost didn’t even get my nails done because their selection of colors was so pathetic and now I wish I just wouldn’t have. They weren’t even busy when my mother and I came in and my acrylics were put on/shaped and filed in less than 20 minutes. My cuticles weren’t even touched and I walked out looking like I’m already due for a fill in. Granted I’ve never done acrylics myself, but this guy applied the acrylic from mid nail to the top then from the bottom of my nail back to the middle. I’ve never seen them done this way before and this made them extremely uneven and thick. I had to ask him to file them down and he seemed extremely annoyed by this. I honestly couldn’t believe he was about to leave them like that. The polish was applied so rapidly that it’s completely uneven and not covering my entire nail. We immediately went to the store to buy nail files and polish to fix them. Like I said, I am never the type of person to complain about stuff like this because I know what it’s like to be in the service industry but the fact that I spent over $120 on this makes me furious. I absolutely do not recommend going here
