I had to find a new nail salon when I moved and I’m truly impressed! Prices are reasonable and I have hardly ever had to wait. I actually prefer this place than my old place. Great color selection and when I want something more challenging, they always deliver. I have not had a bad experience yet.

1st time trying this place and I won’t be back. This is the first time in my life that I have ever had a pedicure with cold water.. The water never got hot, I was the first person in at 6 and the last person out at 7..the pedicure was given with little to no effort..the tech was nice but after 15 minutes of the staff discussing my cold water issue nothing really happened it just stayed cold…. I just got off of work and I just wanted to relax and this made it even worse thank goodness it was only $45 so I’ll deal with it and next time just wait for a better nail shop to open up

My pedicure was extreme messy and was overcharged for a kids manicure and pedicure. My daughter doesn’t even have a topcoat on her toes. Very displeased with the quality of the work.

Critical: Quality, ValueEstablishment deserves zero stars……..Overpriced and poor quality. I showed nail tech a picture of what I wanted and we discussed what I wanted in detail. He said he was able to deliver however he could not and did not deliver. I paid OVER $100 for a pedicure with gel ($15 extra for gel polish? be aware of additional pricing) and white nails (acrylic). Nothing spectacular because again he could not deliver what I originally asked him for. He did not shape the nails as I requested. Some nails are coffin shaped others are square shaped. I stopped the nail tech multiple times to let him know what was wrong but he continued to shape the nails incorrectly. Discussed with owner at checkout how unhappy I was but that was pointless. Neither nail tech nor owner tried to make it right. Overall I am not pleased with the service nor the price and will not be returning. The only thing good that came out of today’s visit was that I was able to stop a male and his female companion at the door from wasting their time and money at this establishment.Services: Gel manicures, Acrylic nails, PedicureEstablishment deserves zero stars……..Overpriced and poor quality. Horrible nail job. I’m giving 1 star because of the fact that they did a horrible job. The gel polish bubbled. Went back to nail salon to show them how they bubbled. They wanted to charge my daughter $10 to change color. I explain that was unacceptable. My daughter had to take time out of her schedule and extra fuel. If the job was done correctly the first time then the extra trip for them to be redone wouldn’t be. After I called and explained this finally they went back and forth with me saying sorry manager isn’t here and the person that done her nails isn’t here. So we have to charge. I explained that they saw the job and there should be no question that there should be no charge to reapply for the gel polish despite the color. They basically hung up on me while I was telling them it’s inacceptable. As my daughter was leaving they told her not to worry about it. So she didn’t have to pay. Not to happy because I should have had to argue my point about the bad job and be hung up on. The 2nd gel polish was quite a bit better but seems like there gel polish may be old not sure

One of the worst false sets I’ve ever gotten. She didn’t bother to ask if I liked how short they were before cutting them, I asked for round and the shaping was absolutely horrible, and to top it off the nails didn’t even last a full week before they fell off. Other than the poor quality of the nails they were friendly so at least there’s that I guess..

Over priced and poor service today. Toe nails cut uneven and tried to show the employee. Could not communicate. Manicure no base coat. Pete’s nails are the best and reasonably priced. Over priced for services today! Employee watched TV during most of the service.
