Last experience was awful. This place is hit & miss but for the most part, it’s miss. I want to like it but almost never have a good experience. I use it because it’s the closest to my house but wont anymore. Went in the other night, full disclosure, it was about 1.5 hours before they closed & there were a few people ahead of me. I asked if they had time to do simple gel nails, they said “oh yes of course” I waited for about 30 min. which was no big deal. Get called over for her to do my nails & said “I would just like to take the old gell off & get a new color.” She asked me, genuinely, 9 times if I wanted a full set & I told her no each time. She didnt seem to like thay. Then she started getting huffy & grabbed my hands to start. She genuinely filed my nails for about 45 seconds, didn’t even ask what shape I wanted & 3 of my nails are way longer than the rest. I don’t understand why she was in such a rush when she said they had plenty of time & someone walked in after& asked if they could get a full set, she said it was no problem. Just a bummer but if you want someone who will take their time, maybe don’t go here. I debated writing this review but this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here. Still tipped her 40%.

The lady that did my nails took a little less than half an hour to finish my nails which was awesome and she did a pretty decent job compared to all the other places I’ve tried so I will most likely come visit here again when I get too lazy to do my nails myself because compares to her I take a lifetime.

My daughter went in for her 12thbirthday to get her nails done. She asked for certain colors that were not given. She asked for certain designs, like Mikey Mouse and it looks like just a blob of nail polish on her nails. They are all uneven and look terrible. She has bruised nails because the person that did them was extremely rough on her. If I could give negative stars i would. I am embarrassed for the price paid for such terrible work. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

As soon as I walked into the store I kind of felt apprehensive but once they came to help me I felt like I was the only one in the store I really enjoyed all the commodities the waxing, the nails, the pedicure, just made me feel like I was in heaven, I have never had this experience in another salon and I enjoyed being at nails US thank you so much for all your effort and for helping me with my autistic daughter them being so polite and Patience made my experience from one to 100 thank you so much for everything I would take all my family here

Will absolutely never return! The employees are rude, slow and act like there put out. I chose a gel color that was mint and when she applied it the color was baby blue so I told her that wasn’t the color I wanted. She argued and argued that’s what you chose and continued it on and on then I was talking about me with other coworkers. As soon as she started talking all the workers looked up at me. Felt very uncomfortable. The place is old dusty and dirty don’t waste your time and money!
