I can’t say enough good about Nail’s Unlimited! I have been going to Don for years! I invite or take along family and friends and recommend them often. In over 40 years of having my nails done no one compares to Don’s nail designs and artistry. He can duplicate any photo and once did the NBA logo on one nail and The Thunder logo on another. His work is detailed, complete and amazing. He remembers all their customers and welcomes them by name as they arrive. Even though he is about a 40 minute drive for me (and I pass dozens of salons along the way), I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I recently had my nails done for my daughter’s wedding and my husband had a manicure as well. I highly recommend them to all.

While they were really friendly, it took two hours for my mani pedi with two people doing it. I had French tip gels on my hands and just regular polish on my toes. The lady who was doing my nails also cut me four times and not just a little on two of them. If I pay 70 dollars for a mani pedi I expect not to leave bleeding.

Brought my kids for the first time. They picked a glitter polish. The ladies put so many layers on that we were there for over an hour waiting for my kids nails to dry. They didn’t set them under a fan or lights or anything. Just left them sitting there. Then after they would say they are dry, the nails would immediately get a scrape or smear. Then they would add 5 more layers. After the 3rd attempt and hour and a half of being there, I just said forget it, they’re not going to ever dry. I got a pedicure and it was nice.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I went in for a mani and pedi and, because of my own stupidity, was crunched for time. I offered to pay for the services still since it was my doing but instead of that, that lady doing my pedi called over another employee to do my nails. They got it all done on time and did a fantastic job. I will forever be a customer here!

Last time a customer got mad because I brought my daughter and he just sat there listening. This time he asked me to come at 4:30, told me to get a pedi while I wait, so I did. I come here every two weeks and the last two experiences from don were horrible. Last time a customer got mad because I brought my daughter and he just sat there listening. So Friday my wife and I had went into 3 different nails salons due to the fact of 2 poor customer service salons. And another was just to busy. Well, I am highly satisfied we had to go through all that trouble just to find this salon. Don did AMAZING, he was quick at doing our nails and they came out just how my wife and I wanted! I was disgusted when I realized she was using the same exact tools she just used on me without cleaning or sanitizing them. The lady that was doing my sisters pedicure had to leave and finish mine.
