Horrible experience! BEWARE of this place!! I went in to have my dip polish removed and they drilled off two layers of my natural nail bed. I was in pain for two weeks and my nails still look terrible and are thin and breaking. When I went back the next day to get a refund, the manager was extremely unprofessional, and said that it was normal to drill off part of your nail to remove dip. She only offered to put on a clear coat of polish to “make them look better.” After insisting three times that it was NOT normal and that I was in pain, she finally gave me my money back – which was $13! Maybe I’m old-fashioned but managers should not argue with clients especially when they come back in pain with visible nail damage. Will never go back! 1st photo is right after, 2nd photo is three weeks later.

I have gone to Kayla at Nails Unlimited for over 6 years now so this review is from an excellent, loyal customer. It’s disturbing to me to see negative reviews about the BEST nail salon in the area. I feel that many times people are out to scam businesses in order to get things for free. That is so wrong on many levels. And then to leave a bad review here? Shameful!!

I came into this salon for the first time right before school started for me. I was wanting to get my acrylics removed and a polish. I politely told that to woman who checked me on. The gentleman who was doing my nails did a good job at removing the acrylics, but he answered his cellphone during my appointment. When it came time for color, I told him that I just wanted a polish (no shellac). He grabbed the ring with the color samples and I chose one. I thought it was kinda funny that I didn’t choose from the bottles of polish one the wall in the waiting room. But, being young and semi new to the nail world, I didn’t think anything of it. I read the bottle and I was given the shellac. Not what I wanted! I am furious writing this. I do not recommend this salon.

Critical: ProfessionalismTheir top of the line deluxe pedicure was a disappointment. The massage wasn’t that long. I got a deluxe pedi with gel polish and it took them 45 minutes. I gave her a good tip since I am pretty generous. But please, give your client whose paying a $50 pedicure a good 20 minute massage at least for that price. Also, I was the only one in the shop and wanted some quiet time but everyone of the nail technician were talking to each other so loud it was not relaxing even though it says calm and relax all over their wall. This place is the exact opposite. Talk all you want but please talk in a low voice manner. I couldn’t get to relax as I hoped I wanted.
