I was told Ricky was the best for free hand designs so I scheduled an appointment with him. When he realized I didn’t have acrylics on and my design was simple he passed me off to someone who couldn’t even cut and file them straight. This is no way to treat a customer. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Best nail salon I have ever been to. You may have 3-4 working on your nails but they ALL know what they are doing and do this to try and get you out as soon as possible. I have been to several different nail salon’s and have been cut by the emery boards or when they use the electric sander – I have NEVER so much as received a nick! They are very professional and excellent quality! I recommend them to EVERYONE!

I got turned down 3 occasions because they were busy what made it so bad they boot you out for people that’s not accounted for. Whatever happened to first come first serve. Overall my nails turn out good everytime.. it’s just very unorganized with appointments you will literally wait a hour to get them done. O typically spend 2 to 3 hours here everytime

Smh these people… I went here on several occasions and I feel like they just didn’t like me so they refused to help me. One time I went and sat and waited for almost a hour just for the lady to tell me they can’t do anything at that time. So I went back a few more times and did get service done. The final straw for me was every time I go even with a appointment I end up waiting for them to finish up someone else’s services and I don’t mind waiting. The last appointment I made I was 10 minutes late cause I figured I would be waiting for them to wrap up what they were doing so it wouldn’t be that big of a deal. Wrong! They lady was telling me about how I was late and they couldn’t help me. Never again giving them my money!

First time there for a pedicure and manicure- not impressed at all. The place seemed unprofessional, and disorganized- the nail techs were trying to do 2 and 3 people at a time. Best nail salon to go to in Lynchburg. Been going to Nails Umlimited for about 2 yrs. I’m always pleased with how they do my nails and eyebrows. Not only do they do I great job but their prices are great as well. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible. Wish i could give 0 stars. Ricky knows better. My nails look horrible. They get mad when you go to other salons. Dk Nails in Timberlake are my go to salon. You have to make an appointment because they stay busy. Thank me later
