I read the reviews and decided to give this nail salon a go regardless of the negative feedback from another very popular review site. I had the expectation of a typical 10-30 minute wait time and nothing glamorous. Im not a high maintenance girl so I dont do this often. It’s more of a treat when going on a trip or a special event. Otherwise I dont mind doing it myself. I waited a little over an hour and thought I would of gladly came back if they let me know it would be an hour wait. I don’t live far. But I patiently waited and I’m glad I did.

I’ve been going here for almost two years now. There’s only been one time that I left with not liking my nails. If you don’t mind feeling a little cramped this is by far the best place you could choose to go. Their prices are really good and their work is even better. My personal favorite is Mimi she will make sure you are 100% happy before letting you leave her chair. I’ve moved about 45 minutes to an hour away from here and they are still the only place I’ll go to. Any other place I’ve tried is high priced and can never get my nails how I want them. My loyalty lays with nails unique!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityPLEASE! Clean your tools and station, when I came to get my nails done the lady was eating and chewing right in front of me. That’s a huge No, I understand you’re hungry from how busy you are but she did not even get up to wash her hands and pulled out tools that looked dirty and dusty. You should always disinfect or use new ones on the following customer. Also the sets do not last to long, my last one did not even make it a month and honestly I’m done coming here. I really don’t appreciate being talked about thinking I don’t understand. Big mistakePLEASE! They are so unprofessional at this shop. Very rude and inconsiderate about clients feelings…when tell them that the nails or eye lashes are not the way I wanted them to be. I have been going there for decades and I’m tired of their unprofessionalism. The price is good that why I been going their for too long, but I don’t care anymore for reasonable price. I rather pay more and get the respect I deserve than Payless for rude and unprofessional behavior.
