I got a manicure and some simple gel nail polish. I really liked doing it and will go back again! However, my gel nails started peeling off on day 4, maybe because my nails were wet somehow, so I’ll try to figure out another way to do it so my nails will be completely dry when they get painted.

This place is AWFUL!! I was trying to get my daughter in to get her nails done for a daddy-daughter dance. We got to the location, the male (in charge, or what seemed like) looked at me and said to come back in 15 minutes. My daughter and I sat and waited in front of the store for the 15 minutes. As soon as the 15 minutes was up, another family with slightly darker skin came in and the male took them in and got them situated. I overheard the conversation and they did not have an appointment either. The male worker saw us standing there and proceeded to skip over us. A female worker walked me out and away from the salon and told me they were too busy to serve my daughter and me and that we needed to go somewhere else to get her nails done. Never, ever would I recommend this place to anyone! Extremely rude customer service. The absolute worst! I am making sure I tell any and all of my friends to never go here. Tough break in a military community where many spouses look for places to get their nails done. Won’t be here!

I just got a deluxe pedicure and a manicure here with Monica. I am very satisfied. The pedicure was long and relaxing, felt amazing! I asked for gel french tips (I work a lot with my hands and need something that lasts) on my toes and fingers. Very nice shape to the white tips and through with everything else. Will be coming here again to see Monica! Highly reccomend!

This place is awesome, the customer service is good and quite. They let you relax and are very gentle on the feet. I got a deluxe pedi which lasted a good 30 minutes. It went smoothly and was hands down the best pedicure I’ve gotten for only 35 dollars!!!

To start, the man that was doing my nails left multiple times during the manicure. He completely left the store, not just to go to the front desk or help another customer. I got shellac put on in which he promised would last at least two weeks, four days later I have shellac left on two nails.

Please do not get your nails done here! They don’t even deserve the one star. I went and got acrilics on and he filed my nails down to the skin, then applied the nails and they looked so horrible! They were uneven and had paintbrush hair in the acrilic. The only thing he said to me was “You pay full price”. Not to mention the pain I was in when I got home! Please go elsewhere. I highly suggest Lady Q’s!

The worst place ever! Their English sucks and they don’t understand what you tell them. If you want the color changed on your tips they cut your nails off and then put a brand new set on to put a different color on the tips. They wouldn’t make it right, wanted to charge $50.
