Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThey didn’t give me at all what I wanted and whenever I would say something he would literally scream at me and say that it’s all right and he yelled at a different customer while he was in the middle of doing my nails. My nails were horribly shaped, none of them looked the same and the nails didn’t even cover my whole nail bed. So I payed, mainly because I was in shock with what happened and was too scared to say anything after being yelled at when I asked them to fix something. They looked awful. My husband was so angry with how I was treated, he went in and got money back so the man clipped my nails off and took the paint off. This way I would be forced to pay someone else to take them off as well as get them redone. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, arrogant and neither of the employees that worked on my nails were good at what they were doing. I am appalled at how I was treated as well as other customers. I have gone to this place in the past and had amazing outcomes. In just the last year it has gone down hill tremendously. They didn’t give me at all what I wanted and whenever I would say something he would literally scream at me and say that it’s all right and he yelled at a different customer while he was in the middle of doing my nails. My nails were horribly shaped, none of them looked the same and the nails didn’t even cover my whole nail bed. So I payed, mainly because I was in shock with what happened and was too scared to say anything after being yelled at when I asked them to fix something. They looked awful. I will be taking the nails off later tonight because they are hard to do anything in and are quite ugly and honestly painful. WASTE OF MONEY!!!! I went there and they completely rushed my nails. I was excited to get acrylic nails done, however, the technician made them way too long and they are extremely sloppy there are bubbles in the paint and the nails are uneven and uncomfortable. They did not clean in between customers and were more concerned with being quick than anything else. Honestly, just paid and left. I will be taking the nails off later tonight because they are hard to do anything in and are quite ugly and honestly painful. The first time when they first re-opened I had a good experience. The 2nd time about a month and a half ago, the experience was poor. The male yelled at me about a color i was choosing when I asked him a question about it. I should have taken that as a warning and never returned. I just went again today and he was incredibly mean to me. I went for a fill and as he was doing my nails he kept yelling at my for being tense. He kept yelling at me asking if I knew how to relax. So of course him acting that way made me actually tense so I was trying my hardest to not make him upset with the way I was “relaxing” my hand and i moved one finger on accident and he litterally stopped what he was doing, grabbed both my hands and yelled at me again. This time the lady came over. It was a good thing she did because i was so close to just getting up and walking out of there with unfinished nails. I could tell my face was hot and I just wanted to cry. I am sure she noticed and that is why she came over. I did not have any issues with her. She was nice to me. I won’t ever return sadly as I do not deserve to be treated the way he treated me. I want to warn anyone who goes there that this could happen to you. Theres a guy and a girl that work here and I believe own it. I have been here three times since they have taken the place over. The first time when they first re-opened I had a good experience. The 2nd time about a month and a half ago, the experience was poor. The male yelled at me about a color i was choosing when I asked him a question about it. Not a good paint job crooked nails and they didn’t even stay on for 2 weeks. I also got a pedicure and that didn’t last 2 weeks either. About a week in the polish on one of my toes was completely off and another on was chipping. Definitely not the best experience for spending $80 and it not lasting at least 2 weeks. I went and thought they were doing a good job but apparently not. I got acrylics. They were very sloppy. Not a good paint job crooked nails and they didn’t even stay on for 2 weeks. I also got a pedicure and that didn’t last 2 weeks either. About a week in the polish on one of my toes was completely off and another on was chipping. He got up and started yelling at her and then rushed mine and my sisters and didn’t even put a top coat or cover my toenails completely. He cut my sister toenails so short they were bleeding. Two of us were getting ours done and 4 o’clock rolled around.
