Don’t ever come here, this lady who did my nails just did what ever she wanted all I wanted was a heart and the letter “A” and blue nails, she did gel when I didn’t request gel, all I got was a fill and I wanted the heart and “A” I wanted coffin shaped nails and my nails are all different shapes, my set alone was 47$ After the manager said to charge me 39$ and he fixed my nails somewhat and he left and she still charged me 47$ and got rude w my sister and I for nails like this, on top of that charged my sister 188$. Do not spend your money here, it is absolutely not worth it. If I could rate a 0 I would most definitely rate -2/10 would NOT recommend.

Just left this nail shop. I made an appointment. It was my first time here. I felt they were trying to force other services when we were clear on what we wanted. My services were rushed. My nails have lumps in it from the gel polish. The woman felt like I didn’t want to pay an extra $5 for a nail fix however I was only asking why did the nail need to come off. She then tried to just cover it up because sh e felt I didn’t want to pay. It’s safe to say I will not be returning. My bill was $76 and I am not a satisfied customer.

Despite stating a clear description of what you were asking for (with pictures), they add on or do different services so that they can charge you more. I asked for basic acrylic and next thing I know, “Mimi” (nail stylist) is pouring a hot gel on my finger that I did not ask for. She kept arguing that I did when I did not. Ended up paying anyway. I even called before hand to book the appoint and to confirm the price. Still received a whole different (and more expensive) service. On top of that, the nails were not neat, equal, or nice. Horrible service.

I thought I had found my new nail home in Delaware but I guess not. I had a scheduled appointment and when I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the person I scheduled with won’t be arriving until two hours later. If I hadn’t had anything scheduled maybe I would’ve stuck around, but I wasn’t even notified before I walked in the door on time for my appointment that he was not going to be there. A simple phone call would have been nice. And I completely u decretando that things pop up but if I would have been notified that would have alleviated some of my anger towards the missed Appt. I find this extremely unprofessional, and when I asked if they had anybody else to do my nails they told me to wait five minutes which I did, five minutes quickly turned into 20 minutes and when I sat in the chair and showed the lady that picture that I wanted which is a simple design not even a color added she told me that she can’t do that and when I ask if there’s anybody else who can do my nails within the next 30 minutes, I was told that no one was able to. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here , and now I have to look for another place to get my nails done in Middletown.

When you find a nail place that is more inclined to do what you actually ask and wants to make you happy instead of making money you will understand this review. This place is only worried about charging you as much as they can. They have never just given me what I wanted the 5 chances I gave these guys. I go to a place in Wilmington by my job now and they actually want to see me happy with my nails not worry about how much they can charge. Will never be back to this place.
