I got a pedicure here before a wedding and it was wonderful. My manicurist didn’t rush anything and made me feel like I could stay in that massage chair all day. And I could have! Nice bright space, very welcoming and easy to relax.

I went to go get acrylic nails they turned out so bad they looked like duck nail, they were lumpy and curved… so I went back today the lady was very nice and I asked her to redo them bc of all the reasons above, SHE JUST TOOK OF THE COLOR!!!!!!! DID NOT EVEN FIX THEM!!!!! I can’t say anything because I have very bad social anxiety and my thumbs nails are now 2 different lengths. Thanks I Will only be going to Kim’s nails now

I went into for refill that took TWO HOURS. They cut my cuticles with the drill on half of my fingers. She did a messy job and the nail shape is uneven. She took a picture of them at the end thinking she did a good job but it was not. They aren’t sanitary and are very disorganized. They use the same drills and files for god knows how long without replacement.

Very pretty place and decor, and very spacious! Their customer service is the best that I’ve had, compared to some other nail salons in the outlying area (not the other salons close to this one). They treat their customers very well, and I greatly appreciate that! They do a beautiful job on my nails. They aim to please. I enjoy going there! The people are the nicest I’ve found. So they will get my business/money from now on!

Charged me extra for “length” and did not let me know until I had to ask when I was paying. Terrible customer service. Nail shape was uneven and crooked + nails are different lengths. Cut me multiple times with drills. Absolutely fed up and never coming back. Rude nail artist made several snide comments to my face.

They are wonderful about me asking for a quick pedicure- I don’t have much time and they are great – super nice people- someone said they do not have manners – far from it – super helpful and nice – my mother has a hard time walking – the owner himself comes out and helps me get her in and helps her in the chair etc…. super sweet

They did an awful job on my nails. The polish was clumped, and they smudged the design. Would not recommend and will never go back. They are also very rude to each other and to the customers.
