PF Salon WHERE YOUR COMFORT AND SAFETY ARE OUR TOP PRIORITY We specialize in Poly Gel and LED Liquid Gel, Dip Powder, manicures, pedicures and waxing for both ladies and gentlemen. Come escape your body and mind while listening to soft music and enjoying our complementary soft drinks and wines. At our salon, your health and safety come first. We use hospital grade autoclaves to sterilize all metal instruments. Basing soaps and individual-use liners eliminate bacterial problems associated with pipe-less jet, pedicure tubs. Disposable nail files, buffers, pumice stones, toe separators, and slippers are provided with each visit for added protection from cross-contaminations.

Y’all…I have found my Oak Ridge spot. I have been getting my nails done at the same spot in Knoxville for several years and I thought nothing could compare but I was wrong. I managed to split a dip nail close to closing time and was just looking for someone to remove my dip nails. I was turned away from two other salons (I get it, but I was there at 6:45 and closing time was 7:30). Nails Trix not only said they could remove my nails, but put new dip on them as well. I was worried that since it was so close to closing time, the job would be rushed, but my nail tech was INCREDIBLE. I wish I could remember her name. But she was SO detail oriented and thorough. One of the best dip jobs I’ve ever seen. This was my first time and I will for sure be back!!

For the past 2 years I have been going to this salon, it has been wonderful until new management came in.. went in for a fill in, the new owner was doing a rush job, took another client in the middle of my appointment, kept filling my actual skin, and the design was nothing compared the one I showed her, she didn’t even keep the coffin shape that I had. I told her to take it off and just do plain white, kept filling my skin and she did the plain white gel polish. One week later my nails are lifting, one broke… I am never coming back, and definitely not recommending… Horrible service

STOP- do not use this nail salon. They are now charging a “convenience fee” to use credit cards which is against the credit card industry policies. Check out “valuepenguin” DOT Com. I will be filing a complaint. Call your credit card company for information on the policy and how to file a complaint. This is after the nail tech did not use any product to do the manicure, no cuticle cream, oil, lotion-Nothing. The nail tech did not cut, file or shape my nails properly. It was the most painful manicure I have ever had. I should not have tipped. Only tipped out of guilt.

In all fairness I went to this salon for my birthday April 1st. It is a beautiful space and they have done their best to decorate. It was new so I assumed it would be clean. I had a pedicure and an acrylic set. When the older lady who had been doing my acrylic set nicked my finger it burned and she put a little bit of antiseptic in the area. However it burned during the whole time and I neglected to mention it to her as I didn’t want to complain. After all the lady who was doing my nails was probably at least 70 years old and I felt pretty bad that she had to work at her age. Unfortunately as you can see from my pictures she did a decent job on a natural nail acrylic set unfortunately and my biggest issue is that I have developed a fungus because of the instruments which they used while they were doing my nails obviously they were not disinfected properly which means for me a course of antibiotics and a trip to the doctor. So if you are planning on going to this business make sure that they disinfect in front of you because this is something that I did not intend to get for a birthday present to myself.
