Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI stopped in hoping to get something I felt would be simple quick and easy. Come to find out its more expensive, and yes they do talk about you if you don’t understand their language. Not sure why a tip of white polish would/should mean money money but it’s sad, it was cheaper to put paint on the whole nail. I’ve had non shellac paint last at least 1 whole week. The lady dug on the side of my toe nail to where it bled. I’m glad I don’t have to be curious about this place anymore. I stopped in hoping to get something I felt would be simple quick and easy. Come to find out its more expensive, and yes they do talk about you if you don’t understand their language. Not sure why a tip of white polish would/should mean money money but it’s sad, it was cheaper to put paint on the whole nail. I’ve had non shellac paint last at least 1 whole week. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI deleted my previous review to be nice, but in all honesty, they deserve the bad review. The old man has a terrible attitude, and didn’t deliver the correct service. I remember asking for square nails and I was given lumpy coffin rejects. I told him to take them off of me and he said no, and was very aggressive. In the end, they took it off of me because I was not about to pay for garbage. Don’t go here if you want cute nails. I deleted my previous review to be nice, but in all honesty, they deserve the bad review. The old man has a terrible attitude, and didn’t deliver the correct service. I remember asking for square nails and I was given lumpy coffin rejects. I told him to take them off of me and he said no, and was very aggressive. In the end, they took it off of me because I was not about to pay for garbage. Don’t go here if you want cute nails. Literally go somewhere else.

Critical: Quality, ValueI called and asked if I could walk in. Yes. Great.I figured I get a pedicure, full set and eyebrow arch. So a guy starts my pedicure, water was great. Then things was off point from then on. First, the massage chair doesn’t do the lower back (petty, I know but I really need that). Next, when cutting my toe nails, he clipped into my toes twice. All done, feet are left dry and ashy, no oils or lotion.Now the nails, I wanted an overlay with solar powder (I just that’s a west coast thing). So, I get the overlay in Gel. They poorly shaped and different lengths. I mentioned it and she was very rude. By this time I decided against the eyebrows. Critical: ProfessionalismGot there and received a full set from Hanna I came in wanting a style and she basically said no I showed alternate styles and she wouldn’t do them so In my head I said forget it I’m ready to go so she did my nails the way she wanted. They look okay but not what I wanted AT ALL then it was a simple acrylic which should have been 25-30 dollar based on the service menu she charged almost 50 and because my family taught me something I smiled andTipped her 5 dollar and thanked her for my nails.
