These ladies are better than Bella V across Pine. I used to go there but decided to try this salon last year (2021) after I made an appointment at the previous salon and they literally made fun of me laughing and joking in Vietnamese after I checked in as if it was a joke that anyone expects an appointment to be honored on time.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been going here since I was in High School. Kim is now who takes care of me regularly and she is phenomenal! She always finds the time to fit me in even with my crazy work schedule. Their entire staff is amazing. I thoroughly enjoy this Nail Salon more than any other I’ve ever been to, I would take the other reviews with a grain of salt, I’ve seen women come into that salon and treat the staff like absolute trash, complain about everything and ask for things that aren’t going to work for their nail type, then refuse to listen to the Nail Technicians.

My mani was poorly done, chipped on the 2nd day and all of my nails are breaking?! They put on 1 coat of top coat and just left me sitting there. Didn’t even turn on the fan to accelerate drying. I had to do it myself and messed up one of my nails. I will NEVER go back to this place. Worst manicure I ever had. They were overbooked, short on staff and I felt rushed. Two people actually walked out when I was there.
