Nails Time

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been getting my nail done professionally for years. I have never experienced such poor service since I came to Nail Time. I needed a fill on my real nails and a fix on one nail. Not only did I have to wait because the employee’s assumed I only needed a fix. When clearly I wrote on the clip board I want a fill and a fix. I was moved from chair to chair to soak my one finger that needed a fix. Other customers came in and were seated with a nail technician. At one point a lady got up from helping a customer to take a picture of my nail soaking without explanation. When I asked my she took the picture she had no explanation on why she took the picture. She then proceeded to show me she deleted it out of her phone. I had my nails filled and fixed by a man named Sam. I paid $67 plus a tip which made my total bill about $75. I started to notice bubbling of the nail polish. I was like whatever I just deal with it until I seen my usual nail technician. This morning I woke up to my nail polish coming off. I called the store asked for the technician who did my nails or the owner. Whomever answered the phone hung up on me. I called back asking to speak with who is in charge of the store. I was given the managers phone number. When I spoke with him. I informed him I wasn’t happy with the quality of my nails. I sent a picture and informed him I wasn’t driving an hour and half to 2 hour to have them fixed. He kept repeating himself you drive 1 hour 30 minutes to fix them. I don’t give refunds and hung up the phone while I talking to him. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Worst nail company I’ve ever dealt with. I would never do business here again.UPDATE: I am now getting harassing phone calls from the manager/ owner from this nail salon. Do not ever go to this salon. Very unprofessional just because I called to make a complaint. I received several calls and text messages. I had to inform him that this is concerned as harassment to call and text multiple times. He would say what he wanted to say. Once I would start to talk he would hang up. Text messages was I had a full set not a fill. I tried to explain I didn’t have a full set, my nails are real. His response was your nails are too long to be real nails. He continued to call and hang up when I spoke. I was trying to explain I had already had my nails fixed at my normal nail salon. When I informed him that if he continued to call and message me I will get the police involved, he then had an employee from the salon call me. Offering $20 and my card information. She was worried about losing her job because her boss. She was apologizing to me about the service I received. She isn’t the one to be apologizing. Her manager/owner should be the one apologizing for his behavior towards a paying customer. Now he apparently wants to make things right after I posted my review.
