The service was about $15 higher than anywhere else in the area, and they definitely are a lower quality place. The people are super nice but the reason I am giving this a one star is because they were dishonest with saying that they take credit cards. They have an atm in there that is not free when they do in fact take credit cards they just don’t want to pay the fees so then if you use a card of any kind, they charged me an 8% fee after asking me if I would be willing to Venmo them in the form of a “gift”. Had a horrible experience on the financial side of this place. I was the last person there that night so I overheard and saw things I probably shouldn’t have as a guest and I will not be returning. I just don’t like the dishonesty and feel that there is some financial cheating happening because of how they asked me to pay them.

Nails were falling off the 2nd day I got them and when I went in to get them fixed they said they didnt have time until later that day but nobody was there and they had just opened. I paid $90 and still tipped for my nails now I just had to take them off bc I only had 3 on each hand and I can’t afford to be taking taxis back and forth if I’m not going to be able to get my nails fixed after them being done 2 days later

Paid $40 for child pedicure and nails on Thursday evening by Saturday over half of the nails look like they have never been done. Not a drop of polish to be found. The poor child had to sit there with hand in air to be worked on while another worked on the feet. Very not relaxing. Then without asking they gave her candy, which makes her very hyper. Next morning I get up with an inflamed toe where she nipp it while doing cuticle. What has happened to this place.

I have had my nails done by several places in 2 different towns. Was recently recommended to go here and so glad I did!!! So amazing. They listened and would ask me through out the session if I was ok! Been there so far 2 times and will be going again the next day or so. Never had to make an appointment just walk in and get helped right away and the finished product both time absolutely AMAZING. Will continue to go back and highly recommend to friends/family/ stranger who complement!!

Critical: CleanlinessObviously this business has changed owners because it never used to be like this. I was absolutely appalled at how dirty this nail salon was. Regular cleaning of the sinks that you wash your hands in has not been done in how long. The tools that they use on your nails and feet are never sanitized in between clients. Regular cleaning of the sinks that you wash your hands in has not been done in how long. The tools that they use on your nails and feet are never sanitized in between clients. If you would like an infection you should definitely try this place out.

I would give this place 5 stars, but I have to say they could do a better job sanitizing and cleaning, especially considering the current state of things. Each brush and any tool used should be sanitized between customers.
