Got a full set that was horrible called to see if I could get them fixed. Went in the next day. I got blamed for their poor work. After the got repaired the gel is peeling off of 4 nails. This is the second chance I have given this place. The first time I got a gel manicure here every nail but one peeled off in a week. I also noticed that unsanitary equipment was used. Safe to safe I will not be returning. I’m very upset as I wanted to love this place. I would rather support local. Looks like I’ll keep going to springs for manicures.

I got one of my acrylic nails chipped today when I was at a dace camp. I went in the same day with a walk-in appt and they were very fast I only waited 20 mins before I sat down.

Beware when it comes to nails! Pedicure was GREAT besides the $20 additional dollars for gel color that no one advised but the Pedicure was GREAT! The nails – horrible. Second time there for nails by the same guy (big mistake) and NEVER AGAIN. First time visit in 12/2020 horrible, thought maybe give them a 2nd chance – I was right the first time. He is rude, doesn’t speak to you and when he does speak, he has tone is his voice. It didn’t matter what I wanted and said it more than three times that I like consistency with my nails. I know what I like. The repaired nail – doesn’t even come close to matching the rest of the nails regarding the shape or length – wasn’t what I wanted at all. The owner tried to correct the shape but tells me she would have to take the nail off and start over and the shape was fine. NOT YOUR NAILS! Called and told the owner that I just want a refund for my nails as now I have to have them fixed and NO I don’t want you to fix them. Never made a scene or raised my voice but shared I was not happy. Went back for my refund, owner was yelling at back of the store in her language (have no idea what she said but I am sure it was not nice) and then was told rudely not to come back. TRUST ME I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN, and she was the one that made a scene. I was being nice and was never rude and this is the way you treat people. I am the paying customer and I wasn’t asking for anything special but I do expect to pay for what I want – NOT what you want or think is fine. I rather take my nails off and never have another pedicure than to ever step a single foot in this establishment. You don’t treat people like that.

Pedicure was great..terrible fill. The guy didn’t use a base coat on my nails and the polish started peeling and chipping 2 days later. The customer service there leaves a lot to be desired as well. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Acrylic nails, Pedicure

I’ve been coming here for almost 8yrs, I’ve never had a bad experience here, the whole staff is always friendly and professional, I usually come in every 2 months with my mom when I’m on time off from driving otr. My nails are always perfection from my pedicures to my acrylic nails and they usually last until I get back home 2 months later.

I was visiting from out of town, called on a Friday afternoon to get my nails done and they got me in. Tommy was incredible. I had him do overlay fill on my original nails with Gel polish. Probably one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend. Manicure, Gel manicures

Horrible experience at this place. I’m not one to normally leave reviews but I felt it necessary. We were newer to falcon and my husband bought me a giftcard to get my nails done after my pregnancy and to hopefully establish with a new nail place out here. I went and got acrylics which were great. However when asking for a design I was told it wouldn’t look good and that he didn’t want to do it the way I asked for that he would do it another way. The pedicure was just so so and felt extremely rushed especially for the price. I was charged $20 extra just for gel polish on top of the pedicure? That was not disclosed. Also was very hard to understand the nail tech so I know I was being upsold but not sure what I even agreed to. When I went to pay they told me the giftcard was too old and they were not going to accept it. No expiration date anywhere on the card and my husband was not told it would expire either. He had bought me close to $100 worth on the giftcard and I was spending another $40 on top of it as well but I was being told I couldn’t use it? So you guys were expecting me to just give you $100 for free apparently? Not ok at all. When I left the tip finally after arguing and telling them it was unacceptable the man didn’t seem like it was good enough and was rude to me and wouldn’t speak when I left. I Will definitely not be returning or recommending to anyone. Was hoping to have this place be my new spot for nails.
