Definitely don’t recommend. Came in as a walk-in and they said they’re busy. Asked if I wanted to make an appointment for later in the day and I agreed. Arrived about 5 minutes earlier the scheduled and asked to wait. I waited another 10 minutes and noticed walk-ins getting seated and served before me. After I had said something about that, they sat me down at a station where no one has acknowledged me. I left after waiting there for 40 minutes which would about the time it would have taken for what I wanted done. So don’t waste your time at all here.

I asked if they had openings and they said they could get me right in. Yeah….not true. Backed up for an hour. Plus even though we audibly said full set nails they kept asking about eyebrow waxing and laughing with customers. If your cool with shaming and waiting this is the place for you. It was spur of the moment decision and we should have known better. We will make appointment for our regular place tomorrow.

I ALWAYS have problems at this location, but today was the last straw!!! I went in for a full set and a polish change on my toes. I scheduled an appt and was told it would cost $60 at absolute most. It took over 2 hours (in an empty salon, btw) and they were so sloppy!! The paint doesn’t even color all my nails, you can see the nail on the sides!! It was $70!!! Do not go here!!
