I asked him if we could fix it because I didn’t really like the way they turned out and he cuts them all off and says “You can take the rest off yourself. I’m not doing it for you.” I have went here for years but after this, I will not be back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Do not go here ! I was refused service because the man that works there did my nails incorrect also did them crooked so I had them soak them off .. since he is “the best” I could not get my nails done after waiting for 3 hours ! If you go here for friendliness and conversation, probably not the best choice. But if you want a professional nail job, this is the place to come. Momma does an awesome pedicure and Nam’s nail job is the best around. He is cantankerous lol but he does put up with women all day, so I don’t much blame him.

It’s not the wrong place to get your nails done. It’s just that it would be a better place to get your nails done if, for one, they would hire more people to take down on the long wait times, and that would also allow the techs. To slow down and take their time and get it done right the first time.

Not friendly. Color of the polish does not match what i chose. The polish does not cover my whole nail bed… The sides of of my nails are bare in some spots. Did not bring the nail/powder/color all the way back to the cuticle, so they already look like they’ve grown out for a week, and I’ve just now gotten them done. Not pleased. Gave them as high as a 3 because it’s clean.
