This place is good for nails and pedicures. But I will no longer go here for eyebrow waxing. I showed the lady a picture how I wear my brows and asked her if she would be able to do it the right way. It came out absolutely horrible! I had previously been there for brow services multiple times; both Liz and Hallie did an amazing job! I’m not sure who this new person is but please take her off of eyebrows. Someone also messed up my sisters a few weeks back. And no one fixed the issue! I know people can mess up but my issue is the customer service. The tech was apologetic but I still had to pay for this horrible job! I will not be back! I do not believe in continuing to support a company that does not correct issues.

Went for a mani and a pedi. Gel manicure. Appointment was on time. Staff was professional and kept their voices low. Very relaxing atmosphere while being efficient and careful.

This was one of the most disappointing pedicures I have had in a long time. The “deluxe” lasted less than 30 minutes from start to finish. The $9 upcharge simply got me a quick sugar scrub at the very start of the pedicure. My feet hit the water for about 2 minutes to “soak” then a sugar scrub was quickly applied and rinsed off immediately, about 1 minute for both feet and legs. The massage chair actually hurt my lower back and neck as there was no neck rest and the massager kept stopping and had to be restarted throughout the pedicure. The callous scrub that was advertised as intense scrubbing was hardly anything at all and my heels were barely touched. The scrubbing that did occur on other parts of my feet was very gentle and did not get the job done, I could have done better myself at home. The massage lasted about 7 minutes for both feet and legs. The massage wasn’t really a massage and seemed more like ” how fast can I rub this lotion and oil in?” and she focused mainly on my shins and not my calf muscles or feet. During this “massage”, the technician kept stopping and talking to the girl next to her and would nearly stop rubbing my feet altogether. The “hot towel” was two small washclothes that were hot and steamy but she simply wiped the excess lotion off and did not let them sit on my skin at all. Even if she did, they were not large enough to cover even half of the area they should have. Then she quickly touched up my cuticles and applied the nail polish and sent me to dry my feet by the entrance.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We like the facility. They dud a good job on pedicures. I get ingrown nails and the tech helped me by cutting it. However be careful, I should have put antibiotic on it after. It got mild ly infected.

I love when they ask if I want something to drink because it really makes me feel cared for. Also, The massage chair is a hit. My nails are always exactly what I ask for and they introduced me to dip powder which makes my own nail look great for a good amount of time. Shout out to Jasmine for always doing an amazing job and also Lina! The place is always clean and tidy and staff is friendly. Booking an appointment is easy and efficient. Tina always calls me back to confirm. I usually get a gel pedicure, deluxe treatment, which always leaves my feet brand new. I love when they ask if I want something to drink because it really makes me feel cared for. The staff was nice and the salon was clean, but I was very disappointed in the service. My gel manicure lasted only a week before chipping which is not the norm. My appointment was delayed by over 30 minutes and while they did attempt to call to alert me, my number had been taken incorrectly so I didn’t know until I arrived. There is not a lot of seating in the waiting area.
