Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI used to go here all the time in 2016 & they were great then. I went last Monday for a pedicure and just a polish on my fingers. The lady talked me into doing the dip nails. They were $45 and let me tell you, they were horrible. They were uneven, dip wasn’t even applied on certain spots of the nail. They were crooked and she did the wrong pink. I had them take them off and they only gave me $25 of the $45 back. So I paid $20 for nothing. I used to go here all the time in 2016 & they were great then. I went last Monday for a pedicure and just a polish on my fingers. The lady talked me into doing the dip nails. They were $45 and let me tell you, they were horrible. They were uneven, dip wasn’t even applied on certain spots of the nail. They were crooked and she did the wrong pink. The lady doing my fill in with gel polish was more interested in watching a show on her phone than what she was doing. Very unprofessional, I’m a paying customer and you think you would engage in some type of conversation. I even asked her why she was in a hurry and she did not respond. My nails look like a 12 year old did them and that’s not good at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointed and will let others know NOT to come here.I will never come back here. The lady doing my fill in with gel polish was more interested in watching a show on her phone than what she was doing.
