Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have been going to this place for years and I am so disappointed by the poor customer service I received yesterday. Prior to a change in ownership, this was amazing place for nails. Yesterday my friend and I were sat down to do dip manicures. They told us no problem and got started working on my friends nails. 30 minutes go by and I have yet had anyone even file down my nails versus my friend who was halfway done with her manicure. I am completely understanding of situations with understaffing but typically nail salons will combat this with alternating patrons to make sure they’re in the same step of their manicure until another manicurist can jump in. The owner tried to help by filing my nails down but this only resulted in him accidentally burning me to the point I could smell my nail burning. At this point in time I was still trying to be understanding as typically this business has treated me well. An hour and a half later my friends nails were almost finished and all I has received was a burnt nail, a lady finally sat down to do my nails just to only file two nails and then grab the file machine and move to people who came in after us. I have been going to this place for years and I am so disappointed by the poor customer service I received yesterday. Prior to a change in ownership, this was amazing place for nails. Yesterday my friend and I were sat down to do dip manicures.
