Critical: Quality, ValueI been coming for years but the service continues to decline. I’m trying to hold on because I like my nail tech but the door says they open one time and I sat outside for an hour because I don’t live close by anymore anymore and nothing. They do bounce around in between customers and I hate it. I don’t want to do a shift at the nail shop so I normally set an appt to get in and out because I’m a busy person. Their prices are a tad bit higher, but I’m ok with that if I can get what I’m paying for. Anna is the only person that can do nails in the building so it’s a roll of the dices if you get someone else. I been coming for years but the service continues to decline. I’m trying to hold on because I like my nail tech but the door says they open one time and I sat outside for an hour because I don’t live close by anymore anymore and nothing. Decided to go back a few weeks ago as it is close to me, and I was in need of a manicure. Made Ana appointment and when I got there my lady was not ready for me. Had me wait about 15 minutes and then another guy came and started glueing nails on. Manicure came out ok but ONE week later my nails started popping off! I used to visit here a few years ago but stopped going because of the high prices and my nails didn’t seem to last that long. Decided to go back a few weeks ago as it is close to me, and I was in need of a manicure. Made Ana appointment and when I got there my lady was not ready for me. Critical: QualityI went to get a classic mani and pedi yesterday. My pedi was very rushed i did not feel relaxed and my mani, i have never in my life had my set done this poorly. The acrylic was very thick, the shaping was anything but square and the nails were put on crooked on top of their very high prices. Never going here again
