I wanted to get my nails trimmed and have a clear gel coat put on so I could keep my nails longer for my wedding in 3 weeks. (I usually cut them to the quick so they grow evenly. I knew I would have to get them redone right before the wedding so they didn’t look grown out) The lady was young, and very rude. Didn’t listen to what I wanted and just grabbed my hand saying “fine, whatever” and started cutting them.

Jenny is amazing! Place looks great inside. Music choice not appealing. If it was a massage parlor where you need to relax , the music would be great, but have your nails done and a pedicure the music needs to be a little more upbeat. Nails didnt last a week the guy who did them did a messy job didnt clean up around my nails got the acrylic powder all over my fingers and didnt shape nor place my nails right the paint peeled off of one it had a bubble under the paint had it fixed and the next day it popped off and the other nail that was redone is now starting to fall off on day 2 of having them “fixed” not happy at all with the job they did I will not be coming back i paid 70$ for it only to last about a week would not recommend going here

Totally disappointed today. I made an appointment for 11:30 but sat there for another 30 minuets while a few other people were taken but came in after me. I went for broken nail repair, fill and pedicure. My nails are already almond shaped but was charged $10 extra dollars for a fill and to maintain the almond shape. I have polish at home, so I chose “no” polish. 1 broken nail, fill with no polish was $45. I then decided to do an upgraded pedicure that was $45 on their price list/menu that was given to me. Again, “no” polish and I was charged $60. When I asked, I was told something about not getting them polished. It was hard to understand the gentleman’s English that did the service. Basically, $15 extra dollars was added on to the $45 fee for what makes absolutely no sense. Also, I had gel polish on prior to coming in which requires the drill file to remove. He left old red polish on one fingernail and then proceeded to put acrylic over it. When I asked if he could remove it, he said that my nail would then be uneven. Why didn’t he remove the remanent polish the first time before applying the acrylic? Who does that? Was this a payback since I chose no polish? This saloon used to be owned by a couple Nick and Jenny, and I never had any issues under their management. Needless to say, I will not be back. They’re overcharging and not disclosing hidden fees; probably to pay for their new saloon pedicure chairs and recent remodeling in my opinion. Again, I’m never going back. Run for the hills ladies. This place is a total rip off and they’re dishonest. I had to rate with a star here or I could not proceed to post for this review but they’re really only worth a 1/2 star, if even that.
