I’ve been going to this place forever and always enjoyed it up until I called Kim to make an appointment over the phone and she starts screaming through the phone saying “you no come last week” first of all I never made a appointment last week. She was really rude over the phone and hung up on me. Being the boss this is very disrespectful to do to your clients. They have officially lost a customer and now I will be going to another nails salon in Bakersfield.

‼️DON’T COME HERE FOR GOOD NAILS ‼️This is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. First of all my nails were lifted with in a week, three nails fell off the first day, one hand was shorter than the other, and it’s not ok my nails were lifted like they were pointing to the moon. my nails don’t do that but some how they made that happen. The only person I respect there is the sweet black girl and the hilarious and sweet Mexican man(sorry I don’t know your names) #loveyouboth but everyone else no. I Fr had prom the next day, and two nails fell off. as I was leaving the salon I wanted to cry they were so ugly.

Worse nail salon in Bakersfield. Workers are extremely rude, especially Kim. I went in for a manicure and right when I entered Kim said, “I don’t have time for you” I wasn’t asked to wait or anything. I’ve also got a gel manicure by Kim and honestly, they were painted with lumps. This place is highly not recommended.
