Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy mom and I came here back in August for eyebrow threading and each had a pedicure done. You do need to call to schedule an appointment as it appears they have a skeleton staff due to the pandemic, but they were on time and had a staff member available for all services. The spa was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I was very impressed with the quality of my pedicure (as was my mom) and we both loved the results of our eyebrows. My mom and I came here back in August for eyebrow threading and each had a pedicure done. You do need to call to schedule an appointment as it appears they have a skeleton staff due to the pandemic, but they were on time and had a staff member available for all services. The spa was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I was very impressed with the quality of my pedicure (as was my mom) and we both loved the results of our eyebrows. We actually are coming back soon to get our eyebrows done again! Would definitely recommend.

They’re following the guidelines especially making sure everyone is wearing face masks also taking temperature as soon as you enter so everyone is safe. Making my next appointment as I leave .

Critical: ValueI called and asked if they had availability. And was told it would be about an hour at 2:15. So I came at 2 and the place was completely empty which I was a little bit surprised about. I had a gel polish already so I told him that we have to remove the gel polish and I wanted to manicure. (3 times i said manicure) The only product that was applied during the entire manicure was polish remover. No soaking cuticles. No oil. No lotion. No massage. It was basically a polish change that he charged $30 for. He told me he wouldnt charge me for the polish removal. The thing is….i wouldnt have minded paying for that had i been pampered they way i should have.
