This salon surely has raised their prices while giving out less service. A regular manicure and pedicure is now 49 dollars. No more removing the dead skin off your heels….that is an extra 6 dollars. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, but decreasing the service means it’s time to find another salon Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: QualityUsed to love this place. They used to use grader for dead skin and machine to clean the dead skin off your feet, but now not anymore ?? They rush so much. I have been coming here for years. They always do a great job. Cindy the owner suggests new products and over the years my nails have gotten much healthier. Their prices are reasonable. The salon is extremely clean. All their equipment is sanitized between uses. I like that they have stopped using paper towels for environmental reasons. The location is so convenient ( in same plaza as Walmart) and there is always ample parking. Give them a try.

When it comes to dip powder manicures, hands down Cindy is the best. I have been coming to her for awhile now and my nails are the healthiest they have been. The powder manicure can last me up to 4 weeks. She does a great job and doesn’t rush. My nails never break and grow longer and stronger.

I wanted to add on to what another person said below.. This incident still bothers me today so I wanted to warn people. I called ahead of time to check prices and after the service was done the person doing my nails added more to the price that was originally told to me over the phone (I guess the tip that he thought he deserved) not knowing that I already knew the price of the service.. so be careful.

Came for the first time tonight. The salon closes at 7:30, but I got there at 6:30 for a gel manicure and normal pedicure. They assigned me to an older man and the pedicure was just messy – not sure if it’s cause he was in a rush to leave for the night. There was too much polish put on both of my big toes, so it naturally got all over my cuticles, which he attempted to clean up, but didn’t do it well. My gel manicure was just average as he didn’t get the polish close enough to the cuticle, which means in one week, it’ll look like what they would if two weeks had past. I paid $50 for the mani & pedi, which hurts when I’m not a satisfied customer. I leave for a cruise tomorrow, so it’s too late to do anything about it. This is why I hesitate to try new places! Most reviews here say to ask for David, but there is no David there anymore. On the fence about returning. Not sure if it’s worth trying someone else in that salon and I simply don’t have the heart to tell that man to his face that I don’t want him to do my nails. I even gave a 20% tip that wasn’t earned :-/. Giving them 3 stars since the woman at reception made it a point to try and spark friendly conversation and noticed that I hadn’t been there before.

I love Ut! She’s the best! She concentrates on her job so we go in and out fast. Also, she created this tool that helps with my ingrown nails. It’s thin and it never hurts me.
