I asked for squared short nails; the red nails is what i got freshly done. They purposely don’t put acrylic or get completely over the nail, leaving space near the cuticle. I think it’s to save money and product. They have terrible customer service they tell you sit in one chair then move you three more times. They work on your nails with out even asking what you want, like you’ll accept anything. The nail tech knew he did a horrible job, he didn’t even ask for a tip. They only care about making money thing ppl in that area will accept anything. Went to a nail salon in the suburbs two weeks later asked for the same thing; squared short nails, pink nails and they were cheaper. I’m sure you’ll see the difference.

Nails are bulky, wavy, and crooket like this shops behavior to their customers. Called ahead of time and was told 40 dollar to get my nieces nails done for homecoming. Medium coffin shape was specified over the phone. After getting her nails done the tech tries to change the price to 90 dollars for that same set with red glitter on the tip or she will take them off. I’m really surprised no one has gotten hurt at this establishment. They really testing people religion Hey if you want overpriced nails that won’t last from people that don’t treat you like human beings, go to Nails and Spa Nails

Monday morning I came and asked for some type of help.. they told me to wait for him to come back to repair (tomorrow) but I can’t wait and I don’t want him to redo them. Experience was cool paid $30 for a fill in and $10 for two nail repairs… received services on Friday by that night nails started popping off. Monday morning I came and asked for some type of help.. they told me to wait for him to come back to repair (tomorrow) but I can’t wait and I don’t want him to redo them. I love the way they do my nails the prices vary sometimes but they do a good job you may run into a few people acting a fool 2 the workers there it’s unfortunate but a fair warning

Absolutely love this place when Lee at chair 5 does my nails. He is awesome, chill and laid back, talked with me the whole time and listened to every particular detail about how I wanted my nails. The are perfect since exactly how I wanted. Will return for only him to do them.

This place is not personable. It’s like being in a factory on a Assembly line. She did my nails and toe so fast and they didn’t last a week. There prices are high and they only take cash. They only have one small sign posted inside of there shop so that way you can use their atm machine (extra charge) The woman I had at number 8 station, didn’t ask me what I wanted. She just started work on my nails. When it was time for my pedi it was rush my feet barely went in the water. I wasn’t in their shop not even good 50 minutes. I will not go back and recommend this shop to Anyone .

Smh they charge whatever they want and its not cool. There’s always people in there thats arguing about unaware prices. Not to mention the quality is not good and i pay $70-$100 just on my nails and they have never been worth it. They rush on everything so you’ll never get good quality
