I’ve been here once before and never had a problem. Today earlier I called and asked how much was it for a fill with 1 broken nail. The lady quoted me “ $16 “. I made an appoint and went and got a pedicure done which it says it’s $20 and got my nails done which it was the fill with the 1 broken nail. The total came up to $38. I asked the guy Toni “ how much was it for my fill “ he didn’t really understand me and he just said “38 total “. So I payed and gave him tip and left. When I left and did the math I noticed he over priced me $2Now $2isn’t a lot of money which is why i didn’t waist my time and went back in. But I think it’s really unprofessional how they quote one price and give another. Mind you I brought my own nail polish and did my nails super simple. I will never come back!

I’m a little hesitant to write this review but also upset that my requests were not listened to. We started off great! The co-owner attended to me and my friend was with another. They were really nice and all friendly. I was excited to have them work on both my mani and and pedi so that my friend wouldn’t have to wait long for me to finish since she was only there for her pedi. I came in with acrylic nails and wanted to get a new set of the SNS nail dip. The first thing I asked for was to leave my natural nails because I wanted SNS on top on them to keep them growing. This is not the my first time asking for this. I’ve gotten this done elsewhere. I was talking to my friend next to me and next thing you know my natural long nails are gone! I was pretty upset when I noticed but decided to not make it a big deal. I wanted to let it go but then at the end when I was charged for nail tips ($10 that were added even if against my request) and he asked me to pay a tip on top of my own tip for my friend (that I treated to a pedi) I decided I’m not going back. I believe they do this to make more money out of you and because it takes less time to do what they want. $85 without tip for us both!?!?one dip mani and 2 standard pedis!?!? I’m sure I was overcharged. He stated my nails were too yellow and that’s why they chopped them off. One they were not yellow at all (yellow nails are healthy anyway) and two you should listen to your customer or at least ask before doing whatever you want. The nails came out okay but I won’t be going back not worth it.

Their prices are not clear, beware and ask questions for everything or you will be surprised at the end. I have always paid a little more than I expected when it came time to pay and never questioned it… until today. For the first time, I asked for price before we started because the price just never made sense everytime I came. 16 for acrylic refill and 5 for gel polish is what I was told. But why was my bill was $31 when it is time to pay? If fill was $16 and gel was $5. Turns out they really charge $20 for gel polish (yeah… just to paint my Nails — Not cool!) and then $16 for refill… so when she said $5, she was being deceptive because she meant $5 off. Therefore, it was $36 for a refill and gel polish? Never coming back. I used to really like this place.

Loved it!!! Everyone is super friendly and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Great customer service. First time ever coming here and will probably come again because of how nice and welcoming the place is. Tony did an excellent job on my nails too.

The service was great the only reason I gave them a 4 is because between my pedicure and gel nails it took kinda long and I was there early by the way and the price for the gel is a bit much. But I love my nails though.

I asked that my acrylic nails be soaked off and I wanted SNS replacement. I was started off to soak but had gel polish so it was not working and was ignored. She came over and filed off the Polish and then started to rip off the acrylic nail I asked again to please let me soak it because it was hurting me by her ripping off my actual nail with it. She ignored me and continued on. She asked me to pick my color. I picked a light pink SNS color. She used acrylic dark pink and said had to use that first. She never use the SNS color and asked me if I liked it. I said no because it did not match my toenail polish which was light pink like the color I had picked. Also she did not use SNS color. Again she asked me if I was happy and I told her no because she did not use what I asked for. But I asked her as long as she was happy I guess that’s all that mattered. I was charged $50 and did not receive what I asked for. I was Ring up by a different girl and ask how much tip I would like to give.l will not be back.

probably the worst manicure and pedicure i have ever received. i get my nails done every two weeks and decided to try this place out since the place i usually go to was busy. the person doing my pedicure and manicure rushed through and my nails look awful. im disappointed l wasted $40 and will not come back. i honestly could have done my nails better and its my fault since I shouldve. my recommendation, there are plenty of other nail places in hunters creek and i would not choose this place

My sister and I had a shellac manicure and pedicure for $70 each. Tony and Tina were warm and made plenty of jokes. Great relaxing afternoon.
