I’ve used this salon since it’s opening over 10 years ago. Since opening they have had management changes and expanded their space. Today I was disappointed in the behavior of the staff. I brought in a client who is in her mid 90s for a pedicure and manicure. We had an appointment scheduled. Unfortunately, the staff who worked here today acted as if my client was not important or that her business was not going to make them near as much as the 3 clients who walked in behind us who was treated immediately. I sat and watched and listened as the staff argued back and forth about who was going to take her on. She is not a regular here at the salon but I am. It wasn’t until I loudly pointed out that the 3 walk-ins got help that a lady came to help us. Even the woman who eventually did her manicure and pedicure had an attitude. However, when the staff thought I was also going to be getting acrylics done . they all were quick to offer me 3 different techs. When I declined getting my nails done suddenly their interest in finishing the appointment for my client went away. At the end it finally all got done but it was with an attitude. The way my client was treated today is enough for me to take my business elsewhere from now on. That saddens me too because of how long I’ve used this shop.

I have been a client of Jenny’s for 5+ years now and have followed her from the old salon to the new one. Her dip manicures are fantastic. Pedicures here are excellent and so calming they will put you to sleep. They take their time and don’t rush you through like other salons. The technicians make sure you, the client is beyond happy with the service. New ownership, new salon, same great nail technicians! This new salon is a very relaxing atmosphere. I have been a client of Jenny’s for 5+ years now and have followed her from the old salon to the new one. Her dip manicures are fantastic. Pedicures here are excellent and so calming they will put you to sleep. They take their time and don’t rush you through like other salons. The technicians make sure you, the client is beyond happy with the service. I highly recommend making an appointment though since they are very popular.

I always thought this place was great but the last few times I have went here i felt the opposite. I tell the guy at the front I want a pedicure and a refill pink and white he says ok and seats me for my pedicure. Well the pedicure is completed and I ask where I can sit for my nails and the man at the front says he only has one tech that does pink and white and she has an appointment (which is fine I didn’t make an appointment I understand) but he shouldn’t have seated me without saying that first. So then I had to leave to another place for my nails. Which is super frustrating. I wish he would’ve just told me from the beginning they wouldn’t be able to do my nails so I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I will not go back as this has happened multiple times. Communication is key when your in customer service and I feel as if they are highly lacking in that department.

Hi, just came here about 5 minutes ago for an eyebrow waxing . I regularly get my eyebrows done at 2920 spa, but I was in Tomball & figured I’d go here . Horrible experience . She put hot wax and didn’t even let the wax sit before putting it straight on my eyebrows then laughed . She put the hot wax on my eyelids as well and tried waxing that off . She didn’t even use aloe Vera gel after doing my eyebrows & I had to ask her . I looked in the mirror and my eyebrow area is red & swollen . I will never come back ! .

I really enjoyed getting my nails done here. The shop is nice and has comfortable massage chairs to sit in while getting a pedicure. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that when I got there I did wait around 25 minutes before they got to me. I was going to run to target and come back because they looked busy, but they insisted I stayed because they could take me right then. I wish I would’ve ran into target first to get what I needed. Most nails make you wait a little while though, so it’s not a huge deal breaker. The end result is good so I can’t complain. They also close pretty late, which is nice. It’s 7:45 and I just walked out of the shop with other people still in there. The prices were about average in comparison to other nail salons. I will also add that I got an awful “nail job” from another place and they took their time to fix my nails even though it was close got closing time.

After speaking with Jenny, we decided to start all over. She stayed an hour after closing to take care of me. Not only that but she did a great job on my nails. They are so gorgeous even two weeks later. Best place to go!!
