We decided to try this nail salon on the basis of mostly positive reviews, but ended up being disappointed. Their prices seemed to be reasonable, but they added services, such as using a razor on callouses, without first asking or explaining the extra charge. Part of the problem may be that one owner-technician has limited English language skills. We have found another nail salon where they do not overcharge and the communication skills are better, so will not be returning to Nail Spa in Selbyville.

I normally don’t do this, but I am upset! The first time I came to the nail salon I was highly satisfied with my service. I decided to try this place one more time because of my satisfaction. I had a feeling it wouldn’t be right this time because Nina told me her husband would be doing my nails and that she was busy after I made an appointment a week in a half prior. He started with a few questions wondering if I had significant other, but had a little saying “That’s what he said” over and over as if he was drunk. My fill in was great, but as soon as he went to paint he went in a lost mode. I had to explain to him that I wanted my pinky a different color and he kept forgetting. It was like I had to keep reminding him the colors. My color was all over my fingers and it was so bad to the point he painted so many coats not realizing he forgot my right hand. After he got up in a drunk state he totally forgot to paint a clear coat over my right hand. I spoke to Nina about not being satisfied and she fixed it, but made it look like I needed a fill in all over again. I am so disappointed. I spent over $117 for bs.The pedicure was good, but it seems as if Nina forces you to get a deluxe pedicure to act as if you have multiple in-growns. She was digging to the point my toenail started bleeding. I brushed it off, but will NEVER GO BACK!

Was in town for a weekend getaway to get a Mani & Pedi and the ladies were so great, very friendly. They have a max capacity of 5 people in the salon at a time. They also have shields around each nail station and pedi station, very COVID safe
