Not sure if this is a nails salon, daycare, or a water park. One of the workers had her kids running around then entire time I was trying to relax, I know they were her children because she kept screaming at them. A boy about 4 and a girl maybe two. Aside from running around they were hitting each other until they screamed, slamming doors, throwing things, and at one point running around with plastic knives and spoons. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and not relaxing at all. Then to top it off my chair started leaking and got my shoes and socks soaking wet. I got out of there as fast as I could. Did not even bother to stay to get my hands done. WILL NOT EVER BE GOING BACK.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went tonight to get a set of acrylics removed and a lady named Vivian helped me. She was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. She kept hurting me so bad that my nail bed is raw and I’m bleeding. At the end of my service, she says “money?” I asked her how much, then she proceeded to throw my cash on the counter. Rudest encounter ever. Would not recommend. Very rough and bad customer service.

Went in for a waxing service. Now, I’ve had several waxing sessions to understand how it goes, however this session was absolutely not educated nor professional as to how to do a waxing. To the staff at the salon, Please , educate your staff properly and not cut any corners !!! Very unprofessional to argue as to whom fault it was. This lady went back and forth between baby powder, baby oil and the wax . I’m sorry but , No.

This is what the second attempt to fix my wife’s nails looks like. This is actually better than the original paint job! She went back in (after one of the nails broke immediately after leaving) to ask for a refund and they refused. Seems like they were more concerned about getting the money than they were about doing a good job in the first place. Stay away!

Worst. Nails. I have EVER had done before!!! My friend and I both went and had horrible results. We got dip powder with Tips, which is a very usual nail service. They were horribly shaped, way too thick, rigid and un even, and so much worse! Both of our nail techs seemed like they did not have proper training at all and were trying to get us in and out ASAP. Horrible customer service too. We had to drive to another place (Luxx nails in temple) to get them fixed. I personally can do these nails better myself, just because I have watched them be done properly countless times. Please do not waste your time and money here!

Man, they do NOT take no for an answer! They really pushed for me to get their Pearl Pedicure, which was pretty pricy compared to where I have gone in the past. It was $75 for the exfoliating, calluses remover (which my tech was very thorough on and spent a lot of time getting everything off) massage, hot stones, paraffin wax. It was a $25 up charge for a gel pedicure. So I was a little sticker shocked by the price, but she did a really great job on the pedicure it self. I would give 4 stars but the customer service could have been a little better if they weren’t so pushy and if they weren’t so much more expensive than most salons in the area.

I went in for eyelash extensions two weeks ago. It was my set I’ve ever gotten. I got what was supposed to be the natural look. I had them removed yesterday because they were so painful. When getting the set installed, the tech glued my eyes shut and said that’s normal if it’s my first time. She also had strands glued in a way to where the base of the hair was in my eyeball. I couldn’t see. She said that was also normal because I’m not used to it. She used so much glue that every time I blinked I could feel my real hair get ripped out from my eye lids. When the technician go my lashes off yesterday she said it didn’t look very professional at all and I told her of my experience and she said that’s not at all what it’s supposed to feel like. So glad I met a real professional.
